I would like to start off by saying I’m extremely disappointed. I actually left here hungry, and had to go find somewhere else to eat immediately after.
Today I stopped in and ordered a three piece finger combo. The portion was shockingly small; it looked almost like a child’s meal. When I saw the food, I kindly went to the cashier to ask if there was anything I could do, or if I could maybe upgrade my plate to get a decent portion. I was flatly told “no,” that all portions are the same, and was basically told in so many words that I was stuck with my order.
I asked to speak with the manager, and it felt like I was talking through a wall. Nothing got resolved.
I have been a Cane’s customer for many years, but I think it’s time to move on. The lack of concern for customer service here is not acceptable. To pay over $11 for a portion size that is almost insulting is just not worth it. I do not recommend this location; no one here seems to have any customer service skills.

Currently doing this review while inside, I couldn’t wait to get home to give them a review because they were just absolutely perfect. There customer service is top tier and don’t get me started on how fast they get people in and out from drive and inside to having there food ready to dine-in in under 5mins. They never fail to meet my expectations and everyone there literally looks like they just love working here. Definitely one of my favorite places to come, not even for the food but because of the service and attitude they have every time I come in. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. I don’t know how other canes do it but this one won’t disappoint trust. ❤️❤️

Disappointed with packaging quality — burnt/melted Styrofoam box
I’ve always enjoyed Cane’s food, but my latest experience was disappointing. I ordered a take-out meal and when I got home, the Styrofoam box was burnt/melted — the hot food or oil had warped the container and left residue on the food. It made the meal less enjoyable and frankly concerning to see the box melt like that.
I understand mistakes happen, but this affects food quality and safety. I hope Cane’s will address this issue with better packaging practices so future customers don’t have the same experience

3 chicken finger combo it is really good and I do recommend this place you won’t be disappointed they are friendly always smiling and the food is really hot and fresh I mywill be going there to eat all the time to me it’s a lot better than KFC and Popeyes I’ve also been to so many different raising canes but I must say that I like this one in Melrose Park because they are very pleasant and happy to see you and to take your order I’ll be coming back to this location

This was my first time at Cane’s and it did not dissapoint!
The food was great!! We were able to try the box combo which came with 4 chicken tenders, the Cane’s sauce, slaw, garlic bread, fries and a drink!!! There was more than we could eat so we had left overs for home. The Cane’s sauce is QUITE tasty and went really well with the chicken tenders. We also purchased a kids meal for our daughter and she enjoyed her fries and chicken as well as the sticker toy that came with the meal.
Great service, large space with outdoor seating and wonderful food. Now that I’ve tried Canes, I’ll be back!!!
