Fast-food chain specializing in fried chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries & Texas toast.

My first time at Cane’s. I’m so impressed with how good the food is! Chicken is juicy, fries are so well salted, signature sauce is yum, even the bread is delicious.
The place is very clean and nice itself, the service is super friendly and fast!
Thank you!

Food is fantastic. Atmosphere could be a little better. Mobile app/order instructions could be slightly more clear. Prices are most definitely a little high. They really have the advantage when it comes to “Supply & Demand”! Still, I will return along with many others.

My family and I really like Cane’s, however this location has let me down a couple of times. One visit I picked up my mobile order on lunch break from work and the lid was not secured properly on my drink, it spilled all over me and my car as I got in to it. I let an employee know about this and all she said was do you want a new cup? Next we found the styrofoam containers melted inside next to the fries, (see pic). Not sure if that tainted the food with toxic chemicals but wasn’t really appetizing to see that. I’ll try a different location and see if I re-gain my trust in this chain again.

Service was great. Very friendly staff. Roomy seating.
We had high hopes for this place, the chicken looks so good.
BUT zero flavor, the quality of the chicken is great but no flavor.
The sauce had no flavor, I really didn’t like the texas toast.
The fries were good. That’s about it.
I think this place is suited for people who don’t like too many seasonings or salt, because my friend loves it. And she hates seasonings and salt.

Parking: not enough, narrow
Newer, clean, interesting interior with disco balls. Sat outside, could use tall planters or bushes to block Randall traffic.
Food: chicken strips only made delicious by dunking in their sauce. Garlic bread (Texas toast) was good, fries were good.
Service: quick, cold.

Took my four kids (ages 5-11) for the first time and they loved it! The portion for the kids meal is great and they all really enjoyed the chicken. The only downside is the kids meal does not come with any Texas toast. Besides that, the whole family was fed, full and happy

This was a fun place to try on a Friday night… super service, great decor vibe, but we really were not “wowed” by the food. Being gluten-free, I was thankful that they offer “naked” chicken fingers, and gave me a substitute for the Texas toast. The servings of fries were very generous. If you are a chicken finger lover, you should try this place.

I want to love this place bc canes used to be so good. Unfortunately every time I come it gets worse and this is it. 3 finger combo and out of that look how much grissle is in these. They can’t take the time to cut the grissle off? It’s disgusting and off putting and such a waste for how much they charge. If I were you I’d pass bc you can get chicken without grissle for much less elsewhere.

I am not sure what the craze is all about… not the best chicken for the price. I placed a to-go order at 8:09 p.m. and it was ready by 8:45 p.m., 15 minutes after the expected ready time. It was not busy in the restaurant. The staff was polite and the restaurant was clean and presentable. The bathrooms were clean and the music playing in the restaurant was a good selection. Overall, I would skip to a different restaurant for chicken. The Texas toast was good, just not crispy like it should be. The portions are not what I was expecting for the price. I did notice that customers dining in waited an average of 5-7 minutes for their food, which is not too bad. I just don’t see myself returning for chicken. The crane sauce tasted like Thousand Island dressing.

My kids love raising cane’s, and we stopped by this location last night. Customer service was terrible, this young girl at the register obviously had attitude and we asked her no ice in our drinks, she hands both of our lemonades full of ice, we reminded her that we didn’t want ice at all, she changes it and gives just 1 lemonade no oce and hands me another cup empty, eventhough we told her twice that we both want lemonades. I had to ask her again for a lemonade. After she handed me my lemonade I thanked her and got silence in return.
The original raising cane’s sauce that comes with fingers tasted different than in other locations, kind of too sour, I would say…But it was different. Floors were very dirty, eventhough 1 employee was cleaning the whole time, I think other employees should also help, since they were just standing and talking. Overall bad experience, wouldn’t return to that location.
