Gem in a small town. This place is very special. Small boutique bottle shop selling wines from smaller wineries. Food is always amazing. In addition to the wine, other retail items are nice. Their cheese selection is top notch.

I love having a cute place in town to meet with friends or have a date night with my husband.
I have visited 5 times so far since they have opened and have been impressed every time. The panzanella is a must have! They have a great selection of bottled wine as well as all the things you would need for an at home charcuterie to entertain guests.

Austeria Wine Boutique is the gem of downtown Sidney. The atmosphere is perfect! The winter igloos are a must!! The food is fantastic, and so is the wine. If you get a chance book tickets to a tasting event! It is a fantastic time!

Beautiful place very sophisticated yet casual at the same time. The 2 men were very sweet in helping me with choosing 4 wines to taste but they also let me sip on some of the other ones they had opened. The Panzanella is a must, it was so delicious definitely for 2 ppl to share because I couldn’t finish it. I tasted all 4 Red wines that was available plus the orange skin contact wine. The red wines were my fav. The guys kept checking on me if I needed anything or how I felt about the wines. They even recommended the gelato which was delicious. Tasted like the ones I had in Rome. I chose the salted caramel and the double chocolate which both complemented each other very well. Even the restroom was so beautiful, clean and had music to listen to while doing your business. Prices were also reasonable. Great time for a girls night, date night, corporate event, or even just casually wine tasting on a Thursday at 3pm like I did. Please support this small business so I can keep coming here while I am in town. Thank you again for a great time.

This is a great addition to downtown Sidney. The food is thoughtfully prepared and always fresh. There is also a huge variety of drinks to choose from.
We typically sit on the patio, but the indoor area is nice as well. We love that the atmosphere is nice enough for a date night, but also casual enough to just stop in on a whim. Give it a try!

I had the pleasure of dining at AUSTERIA and it was an absolute delight! The Panzanella was incredibly fresh and Delicious – the flavors were perfectly balanced and it was clear that only the highest quality ingredients were used.
But the real showstopper was the Smooth chocolate cake… it was rich, decadent, and utterly divine! The texture was silky smooth and the flavors were deep and intense.
The Great environment only added to the experience – the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch.
Overall, I would highly recommend AUSTERIA to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Now if all you want is a simple meal with a lot of flavor you have found the right place yes you have a huge selection of wine and other drinks. They do have appetizers as well as a brunch menu on Saturday. A delicious meal with a fun atmosphere and very friendly service.

My wife and I stopped in there on Saturday and had a wine flight each and I also had a Yellow Jacket bourbon drink. The wine was good, the Yellow Jacket was REALLY good, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were nice and friendly. They seem to have a nice selection of wines. We didn’t have any food that they offer like cheese or a charcuterie board but they have those available as well and other things to try. They have only been open a couples of months, so if you like wine, go check them out!
