Hands down one of the best Cane’s locations around. The staff is phenomenal and checks on you like a sit down restaurant. The place is always clean, the food is hot and fresh, and the drinks actually taste good; no tap water aftertaste.
I stopped going to the Arlington Heights location because the drinks were so bad, but I found this one by chance and was blown away. If you want Cane’s and a good fountain drink, this is the spot.

Visited drive through and ordered 6 piece combo. Pulled up to window after a few minutes wait and handed staff member a credit card. I asked for the receipt and in a not so nice way was told ‘it’s on the bottom of the bag’ I told the staff member they were rude. (I don’t think she wanted to be there) .
When I got home there was no receipt in the bag. I called the customer service number explained how much I liked the food but wanted the receipt. I was told to wait a few days and it would be emailed to me. 6 days later and I’m still waiting. I don’t like to post on- line a negative experience but thought maybe I might get the issue resolved if I did
You can’t beat the food! Chicken is moist and fresh. Lemonade is good too!

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the food didn’t quite live up to the hype for me, pretty average overall.

Raising Cane’s in Chicago offers a simple yet delicious dining experience, with a focus on high-quality chicken fingers that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The menu is straightforward, featuring combo meals centered around chicken tenders, fries, Texas toast, and their signature Cane’s Sauce, which adds a flavorful kick to every bite. The service is quick and friendly, and the restaurant’s clean, casual atmosphere makes it a great spot for a quick meal or a satisfying snack. While the menu may be limited compared to other fast food chains, Raising Cane’s excels in delivering a consistently tasty and satisfying meal, making it a must-try for chicken lovers in Chicago.

My first ever visit to a Cane’s Chicken Fingers place. The atmosphere is very nice. You are greeted with a big smile as soon as you come in from the cashiers that are ready to take orders.
The menu here is small, so food can come out very fast. Maybe less than 60 seconds after my order was complete, the food was ready.
Just got the classic chicken finger box very simple. French fries, chicken fingers, their special sauce, which is very, very good and their coleslaw is very, very good. I was surprised by it. Taste nothing like any grocery store, bought coleslaw! Even better than homemade!

6/2024 5* First time in here. I am always surprised that they only sell one product. Chicken fingers. But the fingers were good and the service was friendly and of exceptional quality. Benjamin was a delight. Benjamin took great care of us and answered our questions in a most friendly way. Always stopping by our table to check on us. He was a bright spot in our day. Thanks Benjamin for the smiles!
A large group came in and all of a sudden it got super loud in here. Then out of nowhere the music started blaring. It was ridiculously high. Time to leave. We will possibly return but maybe thru the drive thru only. But then we would miss seeing Benjamin. That would make us a little sad.

This is the third time I have eaten their chicken tenders. Very natural, authentic flavor free of the typical over-seasoned variety from many other restaurants. They have their own unique sauce for these. Food quality seems very consistent. Staff were all professional and polite.

Our first time visiting Raising Cane’s Chicken. My three boys and I ordered three orders of the six fingers and shared them together. The fingers were soft, warm, and juicy. We really enjoyed the food there and will definitely visit them again.

Had one of the most pleasant drive through experiences in a long time at this Cane’s. As always, food was so delightful. It hit the spot after the gym and juggling club. Tenders were juicy, the fries cooked well, and the toast optimally toasted.

In and out quick during lunch. From the time I walked in, to the time I left with my takeout order took about 3 minutes.
Good points : the chicken and fries are crispy (although the bottom pieces did get a bit softer due to all the moisture in the to go container). The batter is seasoned well. The slaw is very good
Downsides : the chicken had the stringy connective tissue in almost every piece I ate. The toast was soft, including on the toasted side (just 1 side?). Fries were over salted
For a quick meal, i liked it and would eat it again.
