Placed an order online for 50 chicken strip and a pan of fries which online system said would be ready in 15 minutes. Went in and picked up and while the order was not ready in the stated time, the employees were hopping. They were attentive and efficient and when thats the case I don’t mind at all a little extra wait. I brought a cooler bag, so even with 0 degree temps outside, the food was still warm and fresh when I got back to the house after slipping and sliding on the icy roads from the sleet storm earlier in the day. There was ample sauce and napkins in the bag separated in their own container from the hot food. Then the next day did a taste test with reheated Cane’s vs fresh McD’s chicken strips and the reheated Cane’s strip won hands down. Overall I was very satisfied with my Cane’s experience.

Hit the drive thru and got a chicken sandwich and some kids meals. Fast and friendly service. The food was fresh, hot, and looked as good as the menu pictures. I will go back again for sure.

It had been a while since I was at a Caine’s, and my son and I were in the area. We popped in, and there was no waiting to order. The food came promptly, as we both ordered “The Box Combo.” The chicken is always hot, juicy, and delicious. I love Caine’s dipping sauce! The fries are ample and perfect. Coleslaw and toast balance the meal, and I love the lemonade (order it without ice or very little). The staff is very upbeat and attentive. The restaurant and restrooms are clean. I’ll be back again!

Best. Chicken. Ever! Always have had great experiences with food and service. Their limited menu allows them to specialize in making the best chicken and food and it sure pays off! Can’t forget about their Texas toast either. Simply amazing!

I got some Kane’s yesterday on 3/1 in the afternoon and I woke up sick. I feel like I got food poisoning. My wife threw up yesterday right after taken two bites. Has anybody else felt sick after eating at this location around this date and time?

I came in to order for take out , I was the first person in line they took my order and then people slowly walked in a lot of them for dine in . At first I thought first come first serve they took my order first but no all the people came after me they got their food right the way and I was standing there for a long time and they kept calling other names but not me and I heard the guy at the cashier kept saying where’s order for Tyler are you making order for Tyler no one say anything and orders kept coming out but not my order and the couple of guys was behind me they already finished their food and I still waiting and finally I asked for a manager he came out and told the kitchen make my order right a way a few minutes later I got my order . It’s sucks .

10:59-11:24 just to go through drive thru. Idk why ppl live this place so much, to me it’s not worth the wait at all. Very basic tenders and the sauce is bland in my opinion, sorry folks. I know it’s HUGE and ppl buy it by the cups… but…whyyyy?? And they have such a limited menu, how can you get an order wrong? I ordered tenders with fries, no slaw and an extra sauce (just in case I loved it, first time visit) and I was given a box with tenders only…lucky I verified at the window so I wouldn’t have to wait another 30 minutes through the line. I mean, so they cook the tenders per order? If so, that’s insane but I doubt it, they should be having it done in batches, especially when busy, idk. Maybe I should get a job there and find out why it takes so long.
This was my first secussful visit, I tried 3 previous times to order, but nope, way too long or they closed 10 minutes early, etc. Just very bad in my experiences. Won’t be back.

I ordered on the app to get here to pick up my food and my box was open on the pick up shelf and there are barely any fries. I ordered a three finger combo and they have me tiny chickens and 10 fries. I don’t care if you’re busy and want to be lazy when it comes to making orders but cmon guys. People are paying for nothing at this point.

My first visit to Cane’s lived up to the hype. Somehow they make chicken fingers taste better than any others. We received our food quickly and piping hot! The drive through workers were especially nice too. Best fast food experience I have had in a long time.
