This is only the 3rd location I’ve dined in but so far this is the best overall experience I’ve had at a Cane’s joint. Best thing about this particular site is the shining customer service.
Tried this location for the first time this past February after browsing around nearby Meijer and actually had a pleasant experience. Cleaner dining room compared to other locations I’ve been to and once again, awesome service!
So when it comes to the taste of the chicken fingers, Cane’s fingers are “good” and the taste does differ than the strips of other competitors including Popeye’s, Chick-fil-A, Brown’s, KFC……wouldn’t necessarily say the taste reigns supreme over the others but they are worth coming back for.
The toast and the Cane’s sauce definitely make a difference compared to the competition. We live a few miles south past the border in Beach Park but prefer this location over Gurnee & Waukegan. Hope fore decades of boomin’ business for the owner(s).

I gave my gf a hard time about Raising Cane’s because she mentioned going just for bread, but when I had the food for the first time, I admitted I was wrong and apologized. The chicken sandwich was perfect in every way. Tender chicken, not too hard to bite into, and the sauce was a mixture of savory and sweet! And the bread was not too soft and seasoned well, with a sweet taste! Might be my new favorite place to get chicken! The environment was great as well!!

Just as described. A focus on chicken tenders along with sides of fries Texas toast, and coleslaw bring about it. Beverages are the only area of real choices. The sandwich is only offered as a combo is the only real negative I can think of.
It is in some ways similar to Dave’s Hot Chicken, without the additional hot flavors. I prefer Raising Cane’s.

This location cuts corners and only toasts bread on one side so you get mushy bread. You’re making all locations look bad and lazy! Got home and saw this! Very disappointed and I’m not the only customer that has gotten half toasted bread so they must do it intentionally.

Staff is real nice and professional do what they can to help. Atmosphere overall is okay The outside makes things a little bit better versus the inside. Based on what I know about the food the food is nothing to write home about. Chicken strips have a weird taste that I am not a fan of. Wish they had more options on chicken besides just chicken strips. Side dishes and toaster okay but the meat on the menu I rather not eat. Delivery services good they at least treat the delivery people with respect. But seriously I would not recommend eating the food here.

First time at raising canes. The menu is simple making it easy to decide what you want. Ordered the chicken sandwich combo and the 3 tenders. Food did not take very long to come out. The chicken was tender and juicy, the sauce is delicious. Despite it being busy surprisingly our experience was positive. They checked around to ensure that the food was enjoyable. They have an outdoor seating option with some overhead cover for shade or to be out of the rain. Price was reasonable. If you would pay $9 for a big Mac meal you’d probably not mind paying $10 for good quality food and service. The restaurant was clean with employees constantly wiping tables. We love the disco balls on the ceiling

Had to come out and try what all the buzz was about. Was very impressed with the tenderness of the chicken, by far the best chicken tenders I’ve tried. The batter is so light and it doesn’t have that deep fried oily taste. The sauce, the sauce makes me the meal! It was excellent. Great toast! And I loved the crinkle fries! They were so good!! Definitely worth checking out to see for yourself. Loved the inside deco, you feel like you’re in a cool teenage tv episode.

My kids love Raising Cane’s. We try to stop whenever we go out of town. Having been to this location before, they were let down when we pulled into the parking lot. Consensus was that the food was better this time than the last 2, but still their least favorite. I didn’t get anything this time, so I have no opinion. Have always had good experiences, and staff seems to enjoy their job, but I don’t get the hype.

Just wow! I had never had Raising Cane’s before and was long excited for this to open in Kenosha and it did not disappoint. I have a deep hatred for Chick-Filet so I was stoked to get another chicken option. As far as fast food chicken goes, these are by far the best chicken fingers I’ve ever had. The batter on the chicken is so buttery and delicious. Never overcooked, just moist deliciousness. In a state that has no Jack in the Box curly fries or In N Out, these are also the best fries you can get. I mean damn, they are delicious. I was also shocked to learn I LOVED the Canes Sauce. I do not do mayo. Like, at all. But I am glad a friend talked me into trying it because it made the meal. It’s a bit busy because it’s new to the community so I highly recommend ordering your meal online and then picking it up to go or to dine in. The staff was super fun and energetic and the restaurant and restrooms were clean, well lit and had a bunch of stuff about the town as the decor.

It was good but the stars were the toast and fries..chicken was good but flavorless, no seasoning or anything, I asked for honey mustard as i didn’t care for the house sauce! Why not offer different dips insted of keeping them as a secret? Chicken was juicy even if it was flavorless.
