Food is good, place is clean, people are nice BUT the five employees inside are not attentive to the online ordering. Twice now we’ve placed our order online to be picked up at the drive-thru. First time it happened (9am), our order wasn’t prepared and we waited 20 minutes for it. Today we waited 10 minutes (and we were still missing an item) and there were NO other cars waiting in line before us and behind us for those 10 minutes nor were there any walk-in customers at 1:00 which is pretty much lunch time.

This Arby’s location is fantastic! The food came out fresh and hot, and tasted great! I love the shakes here and would recommend you give it a shot, especially the chocolate shake. But even better than the food was the service. I was helped by Max and they were fantastic and delivered efficient service. They were very nice, funny, and patient with me while I was looking through the menu! I would absolutely recommend this establishment, by far the best Arby’s I have been to!

I’ve recently started coming to Arby’s on my lunch breaks from AutoZone, and I’ve been really impressed. On my first visit, Ashley went above and beyond! She walked me through the menu, made sure I was taken care of, and quickly resolved a small issue with my order. On my second visit, Brian also delivered excellent customer service and made it a great experience. Big thanks to the Arby’s team for the friendly service!

The floors have been really g greasy during the lunch shift, I usually walk in around 4 PM. It was really unfortunate. There was an older customer that walked in complaining about the floor being too slippery and the jam of the store started bickering back-and-forth with that customer about how it’s fine he’ll get to it, but at all that he never mopped the floors and so that the customer wouldn’t put in a negative review. He was given a free meal and was also given the mail that he provided. I am putting in this review because I come to this Arby’s to shop and get food to show my support to some employees that I really enjoy talking to there have made some friends there and I’ve been accused of stealing food I’ve been paying for , but I don’t get provided a free mail that guest compensation for having to deal with greasy floors and dirty tables and also hearing their management arguing with customers about the cleanliness of the lobby and I don’t get a free mail. I feel like everyone there’s been dealing with should be compensated .

I order a Buffalo chicken sandwich with the jalapeno bites. Get back to work take one bit l. I knew something was off. I look at the sandwich and the chicken filet was completely raw. Bearly look like it hit the grease for 30 seconds.

I truly don’t think I have ever had a bad meal at an Arby’s restaurant and this one is no exception. The staff was very courteous and the restaurant was clean. The food was fantastic and now they have crinkle cut fries so you have a choice between those are the traditional curly fries. I really do like choices. Parking lot was clean building is relatively new so it was of course clean as well and there’s a nice shade tree to park under in the lot next-door if it’s a sunny day. Check out those RVs because you won’t be sorry always good food and always in a timely manner.

The team working late today was very friendly and courteous. The gyro was good and the chicken sandwich hit the spot. Now with a choice of crinkle and curly fries I had to order both. Expect to pay $20+ for two meals or go for the $5 boneless wings.

1. No wet floor sign!! Easy lawsuit! 2. The manager that was on duty didn’t want to be there. 3. My husband talked to the “shift manager “ and he said “I thought there was a wet floor sign”. 4. This girl was that working there kept pacing back and forth like she was gonna say something. 5. There were 3 employees working and the o my one that had a name tag on was the manager. 6. After my husband said something i waited til we got our food and said well it’s not like there’s a wet floor sign. 7. Then I looked at the girl and said go ahead say something I’ve been standing here watching you pacing back and forth like you wanna say something then she had the nerve to say that we were being immature cuz we said something about the wet floor!!! I am so tired of going to these places and getting POOR service cuz they don’t care about customer service. We’ll just chalk that up to another place that we WILL not go to!!!

Today, I visited Arby’s Oviedo for the first time to order Greek Gyro. Unfortunately they didn’t have tomatoes this time for the Gyro roasted one. 2 star less for tomatoes. I didn’t eat the tortilla because I moderately didn’t like the roll bread dough. The lemonade was very good of the meal. Thanks for fresh Lemonade 2 stars for it only. I ordered curly fries, but got short curlies which was bad. Overall moderate lunch experience.
Edit: The Gyro is not real, it is fume as Arby’s generic’s.

My order is correct here maybe 2/10 times. Even after confirming with the person at the window that my sliders were in the bag I get to the park and the sliders are nowhere to be found ♂️ I then call to let them know and nobody answers the phone and it disconnects.
The food that we do get however is cooked fine… probably would not recommend the drive thru or ordering from this location as there is almost no attention to detail.
Edit: ✍ gave them another chance and half of my food never makes it into the bag and I get all the way home to be disappointed and out money
