Although It was extremely crowded; they were very fast. The food was thrown together in the box. You can tell it was a rushed preparation. Which totally explained why they were so fast. It tastes like assembly line food. ( School cafeteria). The chicken was surprisingly crispy yet, very tender on the inside. It lacked seasoning and, it had very little flavor. The special sauce is a necessity!
Unless you don’t like spice, in which case you’ll love them.

First visit and the food was amazing! We all got the box meal. The chicken tenders were so juicy and the taste was great! The Cane’s sauce was good and seemed to be tomato based. French fries were crispy and not at all greasy. The coleslaw was creamy and the texas toast had sesame seeds and was toasted to perfection! The music was a little loud for our taste and could have been turned down a bit considering how busy it was with customers, it was already quite loud. Other then that, Great experience!

We stopped in for lunch today and enjoyed our visit. It was quite busy, but the friendly staff quickly took our order and we only waited a few minutes before our food arrived. The chicken tenders, French fries, coleslaw, and bread were delicious. We also enjoyed the excellent unsweetened tea and sweet tea.

Has this amazing fast food ever disappointed? Not for me! I love the 4 finger combo, and substituting my coleslaw for another bread, and ask for extra sauce since the sauce it’s literally insane. Definitely a full meal served with a smile as well! I love the energy here and the food comes out hot, fast, and professional. Drive through is preferably for quick service it’ll still be hot when you get home

As a family of passionate Raising Cane’s fans, we were genuinely excited about the new location opening, especially since my husband is an LSU alum. We’ve had the pleasure of tasting Cane’s at its original location and know exactly how the signature flavor is meant to be, so our expectations were high.
I was invited to the grand opening in February but unfortunately missed it due to timing. With the overwhelming crowd that followed, we decided to wait until things settled before giving it a try.
Last week, I happened to be in the area early in the morning and went through the drive-thru just as they opened. I was the third customer and ordered two box combos with extra Cane’s sauce. It took over 15 minutes to receive our order, a bit surprising given how early it was. I also noticed at least three other bags already packed and sitting near the pickup area, not sure why the process was delayed.
Unfortunately, the experience fell short. It had overpowering oil smell that affected the overall taste of the meal. The Texas toast was also only toasted on one side. Overall, the quality was a big letdown, especially for our first visit to this new location. It was disappointing, especially since we know the high standard Cane’s usually upholds.
I truly hope this was just an off day. But as loyal fans who’ve followed Cane’s across cities, this visit didn’t reflect the quality we’ve come to love. Hoping the team takes note and brings the experience up to Cane’s usual excellence.

I love Raising Cane’s and I’m so glad Michigan got one. The food was great, could of had more fries in the meal with the sandwich, seem to be the same amount in the kids meal that I received as well. Maybe I was just a little disappointed in that but otherwise everything was great!

Had very low expectations from what I’d heard, but was pleasantly surprised! The service was awesome, got the food fairly fast, considering it was a continual long line. We went inside to eat, since I wanted it to be fresh. I got the first combo on the menu and I’m glad I did, the coleslaw is delicious! The chicken is small and crispy. The sauce is definitely delicious! I taste a lot of paprika in it. I did want to dip everything in it, it’s like crack. The Texas toast was meh, but the fries were good and salty. My son got the kids meal and only left a few fries uneaten. We’ll be back for sure!

Order on the app at 12:43pm. The app said our order would be done at 12:51. Figured it would take longer than that due to having a bigger order. We pulled into our curbside spot and notified that we were there. Waited until 1:10 pm and called the store. Worker said they were short staffed and our order was ready around 12:50 yet nobody brought it out to us. Then it was brought out and missing one of the bigger combos. Called again and they brought there missing items out. Over all it took way longer than expected and our food was cold. Thanks Canes

The chicken by itself lacked flavor. The sauce is the saving grace for the chicken. The bread was toasted (only on one side) and cold…very disappointing. The location was very busy and the workers were trying their best to keep up with cleaning the dining room. But they could not keep up. We had to wipe our own table and seat.
