First time visit, success! The Food was very delicious, and I will definitely return to get more. The staff was very professional, and there is plenty of indoor & outdoor seating.

I had a positive experience at this location. The parking was well-organized, although I did find the exit to the drive-through to be somewhat awkwardly positioned near one of the entrances. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, and I was pleased to see that they opened another register to accommodate the growing line inside.
The food at this location met my expectations for Canes – it was excellent. The quality and service were consistent with what I have experienced at other Canes locations. I noticed that while the interior layout of this location differed slightly from others, the overall theme remained the same with features such as disco balls, music, and open seating.

First time at Canes, not by choice and was surprised! Ordered pickup. Food was ready before est. time, tasted fresh. Associates seemed friendly and it appeared clean inside. Picked items from the Extra menu and built my own open faced chicken tender sandwich.(Toast, Canes sauce, coleslaw and tender.)

What’s the point in ordering my food 15 minutes ahead of time to pick it up if you’re just going to give it to some random doordasher… Y’all need to wake up… Brand new store and it’s already getting food yankers.
DO NOT PUT YOUR APP ONLINE ORDERS WITH DOOR DASH ORDERS!!!!!!!! THIS IS FIFTH GRADE STUFF GUYS

The online ordering and curbside delivery experiences were very good, but the fries when you takeout are horrible. They seem undercooked to begin with, and then they steam to death inside the styrofoam container from the heat of the chicken, becoming soggy and terrible. Please figure this out- many other restaurants seem to do it right.

Can rarely find a seat. 3/4 of the business is outdoor seating in Midwest Indiana. Does that really make sense?! Maybe if it were in the south ok but not in the Midwest. They need to enclose more of it so it’s more appropriate and usable during the fall winter and spring months. It’s Indiana. Let’s use some common sense when it comes to design.

We had an issue with a DoorDash order this evening where things were mixed up, and what could have been a frustrating experience was completely turned around thanks to Trevor at Raising Cane’s.
Trevor absolutely came through for us. He didn’t have to do what he did — especially considering the issue was through DoorDash — but he chose to step up and make things right anyway. He was genuinely kind, patient, and handled everything with such a positive attitude. You could tell there was real joy behind his demeanor while helping us, not annoyance or obligation, and that made all the difference.
Our family truly values customer experience and great service, and Trevor delivered exactly that. He saved us from what would have been a long hassle dealing with DoorDash for remakes and refunds, and instead gave us a solution that left us feeling taken care of.
Employees like Trevor are the reason people stay loyal to a business. We are so appreciative of him and the way he handled the situation. Thank you, Trevor — you were fantastic!

Started out great but last 4 ties I been there the chicken was very greasy. Not sure if they changed the oil or need to refresh it.

Good Ole chicken sandwich that was pretty juicy and amazing and not too spicy. The fries were a bit too salty but most westerners are used to that level of sodium it seems. I will try not to get too used to it. Too crowded inside and no fans outside but tolerable.

Food was good, as expected. We learned that a coupon expiration date means 12:01 a.m. on the date of the coupon, so because it said expires 11/7, you had to use it by 11/6.
