My brother in law was excited to try this place, so we all went. We’re from out of town and honestly, this place is a 3 star. The food was ready quick. The toast and sweet tea can have my money alone lol, the fries weren’t a rave but they weren’t bad. Now the chircken… the chicken was soooo bland. It’s like they rinsed the chicken and just threw it in flour and fried it. No seasoning in the chicken or flour. I’m sad that the chicken didn’t live up to the dream we had about this place. Like… if your main meal is chicken, why is it still bland after years of being told that it’s flavorless? Anywho, would I go back? Yes, maybe for the sweet tea and toast, but nothing more.

This Cane’s location is in a big tourist spot so I would advise that you expect a busy restaurant during peak seasons. I would also advise that you use online ordering to cut down some of the wait time. When I ordered online I arrived to a long line inside the restaurant that was only made worse when a softball team arrived to the location. Despite the busy nature of it, after ordering online my meals were ready relatively quickly after my own arrival to the restaurant. The food was good and tasted freshly prepared and the staff were friendly despite how busy it was. Good spot, as most Cane’s are.

First time coming from Michigan. Was a good first experience. The kids loved the chicken fingers but the sandwich was a little hard to eat because they had three fingers instead of a single piece of meat. All in all it was good

First impressions matter. This was my first experience with Raising Cane’s. Probably will be my last. We’re had spent the day at Cedar Point and we’re looking for some food before heading back to our hotel. Not a whole lot open at 1030. Saw Raising Cane’s was open. My daughter had eaten at another location and raved about the food so we decided to eat here. Parked and noticed overflowing trash cans on the way in. Lobby dining was about 1/2 full. Used Men’s restroom which had urine all over toilet seat and floor. Wife said Women’s restroom had paper thrown everywhere. Was ready to walk out but my daughter was adamant about getting food here. Proceeded to the counter to place our order. The girl at the counter acted like she wanted to be anywhere but there. We ordered 3 The Box combos and 1 3 Finger combo. Proceeded to the drink station where there were no straws. I had to retrieve them myself from under the counter. At this point we went to sit down and every open table had food debris on them and some had trash on them as well. We cleaned our own table off. We received our order I a fairly timely manner. The best part of the meal was the coleslaw. The Texas toast tasted good but was soft as opposed to toasted( is that how it’s supposed to be?). Crinkle fries were cold and tasted like they came out of a bargain brand bag at Walmart. The chicken was greasy and absolutely flavorless. My daughter made the remark that this was nowhere near as good as she had previously experienced. Most of the chicken went uneaten. We cleaned our table up and found nowhere to throw out garbage away. Very disappointed to say the least. May try again in the future but definitely not this location.

Amazing as always. It’s so good had everyday of three day trip. Made my own creations. Even for breakfast.

The food tastes good; crispy and juicy chicken. The garlic bread is flavorful. Fries are very lightly seasoned. Dip them in the cane sauce, which is tangy. Coleslaw is creamy, fresh and crisp, but hardly seasoned. A little pricey for a fast food place that only makes chicken tenders. Drive thru was a bit slow. I’d say Raising Cane’s is my 3rd choice in chicken places.

Canes is always good, this one was randomly incredibly busy at like 2pm on a Sunday and staff was fighting a losing battle trying to keep the dining room clean but they were absolutely doing their best.
Food was wonderful, it came pretty quick despite the line wrapped around the building in the drive thru and a long line in the lobby. Once again, staff was trying to hard to keep up but it looked like they needed a few extra associates to keep up.

Bingo-Bongo, what’s your combo? Epic. First time trying Cane’s. It took a minute to get service in the drive through. The chicken, fries, and sauce all go together so well. The bread is lightly garlicky and delightful. The coleslaw is a nice way to break up the similar fried flavors.

Went to Cane’s tonight for the 15% they gave to Lifewise Edison!! Great place to eat and love how they reach out to the community like this. We each got the Caniac which is 6 chicken fingers, wrinkle fries, Cole slaw, sauce and a drink. We had six fingers to take home and a piece of toast and both felt really full. Fries were plentiful and hot and salty! Slaw was fresh and tasty! Great place to eat and the food was delicious!!
