Used the drive up service on Friday 02-27-26 night. I have to say, I was intimidated by the line, but glad I went. Service was super fast and the customer service was phenomenal! Staff was super friendly and understanding. This is best fast food in Heath! Don’t miss out and don’t shy away just because they’re busy, they will take care of you!

I love the food! Honestly love it but, as much as you pay for it, I think they could stand to give you more fries than they do …I have hardly gotten any fries the last 3/4 times I’ve ordered….if you get 6 pieces of chicken, you would think that they would give you more than 20/25 fries….it’s crazy! I think I pay enough for them!

Alright, the date is 9/29/25. I walk in with my coworker and we grab lunch. Well as we’re walking in an employee of Canes is walking in but decides to hold open the door and lets us walk in first! We then are greeted by not one not two but three employees with a genuine warm welcome! Then we order, my order was correct and rung up correctly. I went to the bathroom and was expecting to come back out to wait for my food. Nope! I come out and it’s already at me and my coworkers table ready with napkins and eating utensils. And then the food was top notch. Raising Canes is elite! Love you Canes!!!

Food was as expected. Went through the drive thru and the guy at the second window handed my bag out to me, didn’t say a word and shut the window ♀️ lol.. maybe he was busy or something? I do wish they had more options than just crinkle fries though but the chicken is really good!!

Lunch rush! I ran inside because the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Service was quick even with a line and a full dining room. Everything was well stocked and staff was friendly. Excellent service & food!

Used to be my fave chicken place. They’d cut down the size of their tenders and still raised prices. I may have kept going if they had kept those same hour big meaty tenders!

I’ve loved Canes since it opened in Heath. I always go through the drive through. The last two times though, I’ve been disappointed in the quality of food. It seems the chicken tenders are half the size they used to be. The majority of fries too are, at best, an inch long. Today I spent over $30. I hope my next visit will be better.

my sister & i grew up in licking county & were in high school when the canes in heath opened; we went on opening day. my sister moved to FL years ago & is visiting for the holidays. the person taking our order was extremely rude- after my fiance ordered ANYTHING and EVERYTHING it was an annoyed “anything else?” after EVERY SINGLE THING we said- even the first item was a 3 finger combo & we were approached with that response. the lady that took our payment was also not kind whatsoever; immediately after taking our card, asked if we had already gotten our drinks-?! all she prompted at the window was an order total- no ‘hello’, nothing- just a number. not only all of this, we asked for AND paid for 3 extra cane sauces & received none of the extras. this was not a good experience in any way. as someone who has worked in food service for over 4 years, i’m disappointed.
