I’ve always loved this place. In fact, I’ve bragged to friends about how the fries and tenders are always hot and fresh. Unfortunately, tonight that changed.
For the first time, I got home and realized my fries were cold and the tenders were warm but greasy. Normally I check my food before leaving because they’re usually so consistent, but tonight I didn’t because they’ve always gotten it right.
I also noticed a very playful atmosphere among the staff tonight and not much focus on the orders. I understand everyone has off nights, but we pay too much for fast food these days for the quality not to be right.
I actually went out late specifically because I was craving those hot fries and tenders this place is known for. I’m really hoping this was just an off night, because up until now this has been my weekly go-to spot.

Really good experience here! The place was super clean, and the food tasted fresh. The chicken fingers were crispy and juicy, and the Cane’s sauce hit perfectly. Staff were nice and everything came out fast. Definitely one of the better Cane’s I’ve been to!

Great location with plenty of parking spaces. Clean, fast & delicious food. We, both, got the 4 tenders with fries, French bread & slaw. Sweet tea, yum. 100% recommend this location.

DO NOT EAT HERE. DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION!!!

I have a small, quiet, 100% trained (sitting quietly next to me while I waited in line…), SERVICE ANIMAL…All I tried to do was order food and eat with a friend…It was our first time here. It’s been cold outside so I really wasn’t trying to sit in the cold with my food..generally i wouldnt mind..
So I was told to walk back to my car to get his Service Animal ID.
I walked back then I gave his physical identification card because he is a registered SERVICE animal. NOT ESA. Actual SERVICE….Even though I was absolutely NOT required to get any physical identification, I still did it….and they still made me leave.

This is HIGHLY illegal. And have ALREADY begun taking action in several ways. Including corporate. I have also already sent a copy of his physical ID to corporate. (I cannot post that here as there is my personal information on there.)

Absolutely unprofessional and they discriminate against disabled people.

I REPEAT…DO NOT EAT HERE.

I can’t even tell you if my food is good, because I am too upset to even eat it….It costs nothing to be kind and understanding. So I sat outside in the cold instead of causing a scene. But here is my review as I sit outside in the cold. Too upset to even try my food.

Your establishment should be absolutely ashamed…

EDIT TO ADD: Managers would not give any names initially, and I had to show and explain the laws they broke to finally obtain names….which also should nit have to be done. Manager names are needed for corporate reports of discrimination…ALSO. The manager proceeded to say she had no idea of the laws…yet. Canes trains ALL MANAGERS on ADA laws…the lies. The rudeness. It can’t be made up by lying and fake apologizing.

ANOTHER EDIT: Even more furious after looking at their facebook and also leaving my review there….and coming across… A PHOTO OF A DOG SITTING AT THE DRIVE THRU PRETENDING TO TAKE ORDERS…..guarantee it isn’t a service animal either…

Canes….You are absolutely despicable…diagusting…and discrimatory. I have every intention of making this extremely public and making sure corporate follows theough with action. As well as seeking legal advice.

Hope it was not a change is happening at all Canes, we bought 2 @of 6 pieces meals as you could see by the pictures the portions of the chicken and very little amount of fries.
So we bought 2 extra pieces of chicken and this is what we got. Very disappointed.
Hope this gets to upper management.

This was my first Cane’s experience. The chicken was good, better than Bojangles. Some of the fries weren’t fully cooked. The sweet tea was perfect. I really would prefer ranch over their sauce and another side option would be nice to have. Overall, it was good and I would eat again.

We ordered the ”The Box” which contains 4 chicken fingers, fries, 1 sauce, the famous texas bread and cole slaw and a drink of choice. The chicken was fried to perfectly and juicy and went really well with the sauce. The bread was also amazing – buttery, fluffy and a great side to the chicken. The cole slaw wasn’t a favourite and I would next time instead just get extra bread! So happy to finally have tried it!

The location was also so fresh, clean and truly a great ambience.

Love the sweet tea, fries and Texas toast. Not thrilled with the chicken as it’s always so greasy at this particular one. Parking is a pain in the you know what. The drive thru is very narrow making it difficult for large trucks like mine or SUVS to navigate. Food is always hot though. I don’t like how loud they keep the music here. It makes it difficult to have a conversation. The tables and seats are usually dirty so bring your own wipes to clean them.

Had the chance to bring a friend here, neither of us have been to a raising canes. The staff acted highly unprofessionally, she had a registered service dog, was willing to show his registered ID and the manager here made a big deal about it this location needs to be retained in ADA.

The food can’t even be described as good. It can be described as general corporate fair.

Between the staff saying things like “we aren’t obligated to give you a name” when I asked for the managers name, to the food being over hyped. Raising canes is just another mid tier place.

It was so nice walking into an establishment that starts off with cleanliness and Ends with amazing food. I got the 4pc box. My daughter got the 3pc strip meal.

This was my first time here; thanks to my 17 year old who was craving their food. I hate to say it, but their Cole slaw was almost as good as mine. And, the Sweet Tea was like a taste of heaven.

The young Ladies who waited on us had the most beautiful smiles and their personality was just as beautiful.

It’s nice to walk into a place and see Crew members actually smiling! They genuinely seemed happy to be there.

I will definitely be back!
