I was in town for work and found this amazing place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, if you can make the trip out. The food was amazing!! Flavorful juicy brisket, potato salad, and a must-have peach cobbler (although my coworker said the pecan cobbler was heaven). I’m pretty sure the pickles are made in-house, they were so so good. The owners and workers were very friendly and attentive; you can tell the food is made with real care—the kind of attention you only get from a family-run place.
100/10 recommend making a stop here for some amazing Texan bbq!

My wife and I stopped by here while visiting family! Let me tell you right now, this was the best place we ate at while visiting!
We ordered the everything meal (not sure the actual name), which included every meat and every side. Let me tell you right now, you can’t go wrong with any item on the menu. They all taste great, some I preferred more than others of course, but that’s just my personal preference.
First I’ll start with the meats:
Brisket- we had lean and fatty juicy pieces, all were smoked to perfection, great bark,pronounced smoke ring and flavor. I haven’t had a brisket this well cooked at a restaurant I believe ever!
Ribs- what can I say perfection! Juicy, tender, and nice pull from the bone. Not that mushy, fall off the bone overcooked mess!
Pork butt- cooked to perfection! Great smoky flavor, hint of sweetness, and moist as it should be!
Chicken & turkey- was okay for me, now my wife loved it so take with that as you will. I must admit they both were moist, juicy, and smoky! Just a little bland to my palette. The skin was crisp and flavorful , just not a deep seasoned flavor if you get my drift. Now we did make chicken noodle soup with the remaining half chicken. When I tell you it set that soup off! Trust me just try it!
Sausages- all the sausages were great, flavorful nice crisp with each bite, and juicy! It’s sausage what else can I say. Fresh not pre packaged bought I assume.
Macaroni and cheese- what I loved most about all their sides is they’re all made in house. I hate places that fill their menu out with pre packaged dishes. Both Mac’s were great in quality and flavor!
Street corn- Amazing! Next time I would do without the tajin. Again personal preference, wife loved it as she likes tajin.
Pinto beans- excellent
Potato salad- was an okay for me. It was a little sweeter than to my liking, but if you like sweet potato salad, the balancing ingredients were great.
Coleslaw- perfection! I’m not big on eating coleslaw alone, but I definitely can their’s! Paired with the pork butt on bread was excellent!
The cobblers were good, I just wish they weren’t smoked. When paired with ice cream at home I just didn’t care for the smokiness. I tried the next day alone and the smoke flavor took away from the spices I love in cobblers. Once again they weren’t bad, just not something I enjoy. I’m sure if they were oven cooked, they would be great to me. I also understand they’re creating a signature dish, so I suggest just try for yourself and decide. It was my first time having smoked cobbler, have always wanted to try, now I know.
Overall I give them a 8.7/10! Only because of my personal taste. Would love to come back when they have entertainment and at night to checkout the ambience!

Great spot for a food coma. The owner is a good guy and very attentive making sure everyone is good to go. The brisket was fantastic with flavorful bark and the dino rib was the main attraction for me. For sides the mac and cheese was hitting and the street corn was the perfect compliment to the meal. I will definitely return.

We got the 3 meat plate with ribs, brisket, and pepperjack sausage with smoked green chili mac & cheese and Mexican corn (at 3pm on a Saturday). A TON of really good food! Outdoor seating was nice today. It looks like they have some major fun times outside with the stage. Great pricing especially for BBQ and the amount you get. Definitely a place to check out!

Amazing barbecue! Everything was delicious. We got a frito pie (owners recommendation) and it was phenomenal. Brisket was so tender and the poblano cotija sausage was so juicy! Super friendly service. Will definitely go back!

Absolutely amazing BBQ! The food was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection—tender, juicy meats with just the right amount of smoke. The sides were just as good and tasted homemade. In town for work and several friends recommended Band of Brothers, and they did not disappoint. The brisket was perfect, very juicy with a great bark. The chicken had great flavor. I had the corn and slaw, both complimented the meat really well. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
