Food and service was absolutely amazing. The restaurant was completely clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. Restrooms were very clean and our complete visit was pleasant.
The food was exceptionally well seasoned, and not the typical bland fast food places that one typically finds on the road. You won’t be disappointed.

recently visited Raising Cane’s and walked away feeling like it delivered exactly what it promises: a simple, no‑fuss meal done reliably. The vibe is easygoing and casual — a straightforward place where you go to eat, not to impress.

From the moment I stepped in, everything seemed efficient and clean. I didn’t get the sense of a fancy dining experience; instead it felt like a dependable, quick‑service spot where the goal is to give you something good without ceremony. The staff were friendly enough and the whole process — order, wait, get food — moved smoothly.

What stood out was the balance of convenience and consistency. For what I paid, the visit felt fair: a solid meal, nothing extravagant, but satisfying. It’s the kind of place I’d pick when I just want something simple, filling, and easy.

If I were to nitpick, it’s definitely not the kind of place I’d pick for a quiet dinner or a date — it’s more “grab what you want and go.” But for a casual lunch or a quick bite, Raising Cane’s feels just right.

All told: Raising Cane’s isn’t trying to be fancy. It does one thing — and for a quick, convenient meal that hits the spot, it works.

Good news first: the chicken fingers here are legit — hot, crispy, and fresh with that signature Cane’s sauce everyone raves about. Staff are friendly and service moves pretty fast even when it’s busy. Plenty of people love the Texas toast and sweet tea, especially on game nights or late nights out.

That said, the location is a bit of a double-edged sword. During peak lunch/dinner or right after UGA games, the drive-thru line can back up way onto Baxter St. and even block traffic. Locals often advise parking and walking in rather than sitting in the drive-thru — it’s usually faster that way.

In short: great food and atmosphere, but plan ahead for traffic if you’re stopping by during rush hours or game days.

The Athens store is serving pigeons size fingers. They used to be good size but lately they are less than half the size they used to be. The taste still good but they have to works with the portion size.
They are plenty Chichen places in town. It won’t be long before they start loosing clients.

I just had the box combo at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers and it was amazing! The food was delivered quickly and tasted absolutely delicious. The chicken fingers were perfectly cooked and the special sauce was the perfect accompaniment. The fries were crispy and flavorful, and the Texas toast was a nice touch. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!

I don’t eat here very often, but every time in the past it’s been fantastic! I have ALWAYS praised this place as absolutely embarrassing Zaxby’s in the chicken game. Sadly today as far as I’m concerned they’re equal. Zaxby’s has sauce options so they may have the edge. If I’m going to get chicken nuggets in place of chicken tenders then I’ll just go to Zaxby’s. Tenders used to be full size here and now not only are prices up, food is down. Unacceptable. Photo with fork for scale.

You got to love Cane’s chicken! Well I do anyway. Great food as usual.
This is such a hotspot, the drive through wraps the parking lot, sometimes lines the street. This may cause some parking issues. They really need a bigger space.
So it’s a bit of a wait for service.
It’s a positive visit for wifey & I.

We came in for the first time ever on October tenth, 2025. We were immediately greeted with a smile and taken care of. The food was passed out within a reasonable amount of time and it was fantastic! I don’t know the names of the workers, but they were ALL so lovely. No one wants to be at work, but they seemed like they didn’t mind being there and nowadays that happy attitude lacks in food service. I hope they’re treated as well as they treat their customers!
