Food was served super quickly even though it was during lunch rush. The manager took time to walk around the dining room to make sure each customer was taken care of. A surprisingly pleasant place to dine 🙂

SUNDAY NIGHT ALL STARS!!! These guys must have some next level training and top tier management because this Sunday night crew handled this rush with out of this world precision and accuracy; all while maintaining great customer service with a smile and text book professionalism. Chicken was cooked to perfection and presented to look just like it was advertised! Excellent work y’all!! Sincerely, MeanMuggerTrucker.

We ordered four of the 3 finger baskets with drink. The total came to $47 !!!! And just look at how little the chicken fingers are now!! Or how little amount of fries you get, compared to not that long ago when the chicken fingers were huge, and they’d overload your basket with fries, and give you some slaw. Yeah yeah, inflation but this is absurd. This is the very last time RC’s get our money! No more. I’m tired of paying crazy prices these days and get the equivalence of a child’s meal.

Just had my first Raising Cane’s experience . . . and wow, the sauce really is legendary! The chicken was so juicy and flavorful, too. Not disappointed one bit! ✨

My wife purchased a gift certificate for me to our local Raising Cane’s chicken and honestly the chicken and bread (yes, bread) was barely edible. I’ve never had chicken that was wet and rubbery with no flavor or seasoning before in my life and I have better chicken at home in my freezer from Kroger. The chicken was barely edible it was that bad, with flaking flour dropping off and it smelled odd like some kind of motor oil.

The fries were soggy and rubbery and also unseasoned, bland, and awful. Again, I have waffle fries in the freezer at home from a grocery store that are seasoned and very tasty – much better than Cane’s banal, bland brand.

If I hadn’t gotten the food from a gift certificate from my lovely wife, I would have tossed it out of the window as slop.

The tea was some kind of watery, flavorless tea that needed packs of something – it was like brown water. After two sips I simply dumped it in the parking lot and bought a bottle of water at the nearest gas station to clear my throat.

The bread was simply a big piece of bread with some kind of artificial buttery liquid slapped and slathered all over it that didn’t taste like real butter or even the artificial popcorn butter. Whatever it was, I took a bite of the slice of bread and thought it might not be healthy to eat the rest and it honestly did not taste good. I could get a big thick piece of bread from my fridge, slather margarine on it, toss it in the microwave or toaster, and it’d taste a thousand times better than this thing that tasted like a cross between cardboard and plastic with some kind of weird artificial yellow oil poured over it.

Service was polite but robotic. The ambience was like any run-down, slightly messy and smelly fast food joint – I’ve been to Dairy Queens and other fast food places cleaner but also messier and dingier so it was alright. No lights were out, the floor was not sticky or wet and the employees were not rude or walking off.

I get that alot of people seem to go crazy over this chain’s chicken and I don’t get the allure. To me personally their chicken is bland, flavorless, tasteless and rubbery soggy stuff. The fries are inedible, the tea is like brown water and worse than water. Not a fan. At all.

I asked for my food to be extra crispy. I ordered the three finger combo and the sandwich combo. They did not give me what I asked for The drink was even wrong but when I received my french fries, they were cold on the inside They didn’t fry. long enough when they dumped the frozen fries into the hot grease I really like the one One of my favorite park in Virginia Beach. This is my first time coming to the one in Greenbriar. The customer service is wonderful.

I finally made it to see what all the fuss is about. The restaurant was very clean, which was an immediate plus. We were greeted as soon as we came in. The food was fresh and hot! I have no complaints at all. I was not a fan of the famous Cane sauce, but that’s just my personal taste. I would definitely recommend this location. The outside seating was great. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

First Raising Canes to give me hot sauce along with their cane sauce. I will forever be asking for the hot sauce! I didn’t even know they had it till this one came along. Ahaha. Fries were crispy too. Not limp and soggy. Appreciate the good eats.

After seeing the long lines, let’s say I was curious to try this place.

It’s lunchtime and there were two tables occupied. The place was empty compared to the lines I’d seen in the past month. I would have given it a five star for the food (tenders were hot) but it must have been an off day. The serving size I received was a kids meal. To my disappointment, I asked for a to-go tray for the chicken tenders only. I used them in my salad the next day.
