Food was delicious, juicy chicken, good fries. Very speedy too, I didn’t even get to finish filling up my drink by the time my food was ready. Keenan was the G.O.A.T., he was very welcoming and on point. He even opened the door for someone out of the kindness of his heart, and he even gave everyone sitting down etring a handful of napkins. 10/10 would recommend.

Yes, it’s just chicken tenders. BUT, it’s always hot, fresh, fast and consistent. The dipping sauce and the garlic bread is really good. Pro tips: Always ask for hot sauce. Texas Pete goes great on their fries. You can also sub the slaw for extra bread.

I bring my daughter and her friends here every Friday night after skating. It’s usually a late dinner I get the 4 peice strip meal. It’s always fresh and service is alway good. The music is always a good choice.

I stopped and tried Raising Canes for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely delicious! So delicious that I stopped by there again today! The chicken fingers were cooked to perfection, very juicy with a crispy coating. The staff were super friendly and very quick! I will definitely be back there again soon! Maybe tomorrow! Lol yum

So I heard it was an amazing place, service on a great level… And that the food was amazing, so we tried it.
I walked in greeted the person at the register with a smile after hanging back a whole decision what I wanted.
She did not return the greeting instead asked how can I help you, I asked a couple of questions, she seemed annoyed so I let her know this was our first time. She again ignores the pleasantries and ask my order.
So we finally order, she slaps two empty chips on front of me, ask my name turns her back to do something, only for me to tell her I wanted lemonade and an ice tea with lite ice.. which was in front of her.
She quickly filled the cops with a ton of ice and lemonade, slapping them down, let her know that my drink order was not correct, she gave me another empty cup and even tho the tea was there she made me walk to another dispenser.
They called my name I grabbed my food, and had to sit through a meal listening to the staff complain, about humans waking in with orders,
that’s right they apparently they’ve grown to love Uber and the other pick up services, but have become annoyed by people waking in, so much so that they yell out things like “oh my God four more waking ins!”
The restaurant was clean, the chicken was great, parking and outside area very clean and easy.
But don’t expect much in the way of customer service.

Carlos was absolutely amazing! Even with a winter storm going on, he went above and beyond to make sure we felt warm, comfortable, and truly welcomed. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about their customers’ experience. Thank you, Carlos, for turning a cold, stressful situation into such a positive one!

The best chicken fingers I’ve ever had. Light and crispy outside, juicy chicken inside. I love their Cane’s sauce also, the best of its kind. I wish they had more variety on the menu tho, and that the sandwich had a patty and not just a few fingers on it, that sounds awkward to eat. Atmosphere inside is typical fast food, at least some music is playing for some ambience. Weird advertisements for movies plastered all over the place tho, feels like I’m dining inside a commercial.

Raising Cane’s isn’t talked about much around here- but honestly, this is coming from someone who doesn’t eat chicken that much. It was a happy surprise! The chicken was cooked nicely, seasoned well, great sauce on tha side….the menu isn’t too big so if you find a favorite you’ll probably be sticking to ordering one thing.
Still- major props to the chicken sandwich. Just wish they had maybe 2 more side options…

Food and everything is fine, but they NEVER get my drink order right. Every time I order an Arnold Palmer w/ no ice, they add ice. If I catch it, I just get tea or lemonade. Yeah, a half & half is 3 vs 2. But when I subtract a step it should cancel out. I should note that I’ve only ever used the drive-thru. The person taking my order repeated it back to me 3x and confirmed even asked me what type of tea i wanted(which they rarely do). But even when the person on the speaker gets it right, however is working the window, will 9 times out of 10, fumble it. Everything else is fine. Just don’t bother for asking for no ice.

Chicken was hot and fresh. Fries seems a little cold when I received my order. Visited around 9:00 PM and music was so loud the cashier basically had to scream to repeat my order.
