I had ubered my food and when I after almost 2 hours of waiting this is what I got. Please excuse the three pieces of pizza being missing because I had to feed my kids. But yeah this is supposed to be an ultimate supreme pizza and this is the pepperoni Puffs. So yeah you tell me it came cold. It was horrible. It was not an ultimate and it sucked. Never again. Where was management when food was being created??

Ordered the pretzel pizza, it was atrocious. The pizza was so salty you couldn’t even eat it. Sad I paid more for the pretzel crust when I could’ve gotten a regular pepperoni and actually ate it. I’m pregnant and have been craving pizza only to be disappointed. There was salt literally covering the whole inside of the box. I don’t know who’s salting these pizzas, but God dang let off the salt! It literally tasted like I was pouring salt into my mouth. We tried shaking some of the salt off the crust but it didn’t help whatsoever. Even the pepperonis tasted like straight salt. Not to mention we waited outside for about 10 minutes in the hot to get that monstrosity. Nasty.

All the employees here are rude teenagers. There is 1 black girl (I wish I knew her name) who is a great employee with a good attitude. Whenever she’s working the food is hot AND ready! Anytime she’s not there…the food is cold & crappy…and that’s AFTER a 15-20 minute wait. ..totally done supporting this store. The saddest part is, it’s not just me. I can’t tell you the number of other dissatisfied customers I’ve seen at this specific store. I’m honestly surprised they’re even still open.

It’s 10:10 pm on a Friday night. Google says there supposed to be open, sign on the door shows the close at 11:00 and neon open sign is on. Door is locked up tighter than a tick.

I would give this Little Caesars five stars if they would be consistent however they are not. Some afternoons I can go here not only a staff upbeat quick, timely and the food is fantastic and fresh. Other times I go here and I wait for someone to answer they take my order, then for me to give my order again at the window when I make it there, and then the food that’s supposed to be fresh and hot ends up being kind of gross, and obvious that it’s been sitting for a while.

I haven’t been here in two years for the obvious reason of their service sucking in general. At the beginning of them being open, they were pretty good but have gone down hill since. Most of the time when we want some kind of wings, they wouldn’t have the flavor available. As for pizza, they usually are edible, I have never had an issue there except I prefer them fresh. The service is super slow, it is never hot and ready as advertised. It’s more like a 15 minute to an hour wait to get a luke warm order. Calling ahead of time doesn’t even help. As for the staff, they seem like they are tired all the time or zoned out.

I get that sometimes things that are on the Hot and Ready menu won’t be ready and I’m not really bothered by that. However, when i put in my order of two Quattro pizzas I was told they would be ready in 7 minutes.
No problem I can wait. I sit in my car being chill, and go back in 10 minutes later. I ask about my order and the front person asks the back about it and they have no clue they were ordered and say we will get right on it, 7 minutes! I go back to wait everything is cool….
Yeah, 10 minutes later and not ready. That’s cool, I sit in the store this time and about 5 minutes later it’s ready. All in all I would not have minded being told my order would be ready in 25 minutes instead of 7 minutes like I was initially told.
Pizza was fine also. Although the crazy bread I ordered was real doughy and undercooked. Not enjoyable.

I would have given a zero on the service this is the second time within a month I have gone in and these little girls they have working are so rude. How are you going to give me something I paid for.For free! They forgot to give me something but they are giving it to me for free really! I will be going else where from now on.
