I ordered the three-piece tender meal with fries. My friend had a different tender meal. The chicken had great flavor. I would NOT compare to Chick-fil-A because it’s completely different experience. There are only four or five meal options which I think is not a very large variety. This allows them to complete orders faster. Next time I will try a sandwich this place is very busy because it is new as of the month of September 2025. You can dine inside outside or use the drive-through.

The food and service is really great. But I want to be honest on mt review I think it is very over priced for the size of the chicken tender. The tea is AMAZONG if you like sweet tea but not to sweet mixed the unsweetened and sweet half and half it is perfect!!!!! Love this disco balls on the ceiling and the cool lights atmosphere is awesome staff super friendly

Chaotic Mess!!!!! Parking lot is so confusing and small for dinning in. Menu very simple but also confusing to new customers and staff just seemed to wanna keep the line moving in and out. Tenders are very small, frys had no crunch, canes sauce was pretty good for dipping, only ketchup and hot sauce available, So bring your own sauce. Over all not bad but not the best, deff over rated for a chicken tender meal.

I don’t understand the appeal… ONE sauce? And it’s just ketchup, mayo, salt, pepper and garlic. The tenders are boring. The sauce is boring… I’d rather go to Popeyes

We’ve been to Raising Cane’s at other locations before, so we knew what to expect with the food. The chicken fingers were hot and fresh, and the crinkle cut fries reminded us of boardwalk fries. We have had the sauce before and really liked it. It’s like a mix of black pepper and ketchup and goes well with the chicken and fries.

We did not go inside this location, but from past visits to other Cane’s locations, we know the dining rooms tend to be loud with the music, which seems pretty standard.

What really stood out at this Bel Air location was the staff. Everyone was friendly and upbeat, and they seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. It felt like a fun group of young employees, which made the experience even better.

One thing to note is the layout of this location. The parking lot is a bit far from the main entrance and places you directly in the drive through traffic. The entrance off Baltimore Pike is not ideal if you are just going through the drive through, since it requires a sharp left turn to enter the lane. If that entrance is blocked, traffic can back up onto Baltimore Pike. For this reason, it is best to enter from S Atwood Road.

Overall, we have been to this location numerous times since they opened and will keep coming back.

Gabby and Maddi and all the employees are amazing Everytime we come here they go above and beyond. The food is amazing and we have tried many chicken restaurants and Raising Cane’s has them all beat ..we had a small mishap and they made good of it immediately. Your employees are all well educated and are kind caring and go out of their way. That says a lot about the place and the people who run it what ever your doing keep it up. Because these kids will go far in life with these positive outlooks..10,000 stars To the employees and Raising Cane’s ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

First time here (11/14/25) and my takeaways are: $10.49 for what should’ve easily been a $5.99 meal. The fries taste like the frozen ones you buy at the grocery store and cook in the oven, and the portion was pitiful and didn’t even fill up the slot for it in the takeout container (1 star). The Texas toast was pretty good (3 stars). Sweet tea was good (4 stars), but the lemonade was average (3 stars). The tenders were smaller than expected, but tasted pretty good – especially with the Cane’s sauce (4 stars). I asked about other sauces and they only had honey mustard, ketchup, and hot sauce – no BBQ sauce?!?!?! Unbelievable… The best part of the overall experience was the gentleman standing at the menu sign who took my order – very friendly and the kind of personality where you just like them right away (I wish I got his name, but he was a young, black man). Unless things change, I’d give this place 2 years at most before it closes. Competition is still as it’s next to Chick-Fil-A and Popeyes – both of which have really good tenders, many more sauce choices, and not only much better fries, but other sides as well.

Food quality is good. I’ve come numerous times since they opened and the chicken is consistently good.

Another review mentioned the staff seems really focused on just getting everyone through and I agree with that. Drive thru is very rushed; they don’t repeat orders back (which has caused some mistakes to go unnoticed until later), no receipts, often no ketchup after you ask. The staff often almost seems to be yelling at you to get your car moving.

They seem to have issues with their sodas. Went there last week and they had NO sodas during lunch. Went tonight and they gave me a soda that was almost pure water. I didn’t catch this until I got home but once I saw it in the light it was obvious the soda machine needed to be serviced. No reason they couldn’t have caught that before handing me the drink. When I called to complain the employee only offered me to come back that night to have it replaced. It was late at that point I’m not driving all the way back.

Overall the food is good, but there are some improvements that could be made.

Their box combo is a great value meal. I love their fries, they are crispy and salty.
