I was a little disappointed with the portion sizes this visit. The fries were very small, and the chicken fingers seem to be getting smaller too. However, my chicken sandwich was actually delicious and made up for it a bit. The employee who helped me was friendly and polite, which I really appreciated. Overall, good flavor and service, but the portions definitely need improvement.

The food was good and we enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was lively and overall very nice.
However, the cashier could use some hospitality training. Her facial expression was very flat, and the way she spoke felt abrupt and somewhat rude. On the other hand, the rest of the staff were great—they checked on us and even cleared our trash, which we really appreciated.
Overall, good food and a pleasant atmosphere, but the front-counter service could be improved.

When the star of the show is the coleslaw, you’re doing yourself a disservice.
When we went, there was a line around the block for Chick-fil-A (which is right next door)
I’d rather wait an hour for seasoned and properly cooked chicken and fries any day over this.

This was a very disappointing experience. I ordered drive through and got the three tender deal. There was only one car in front of me but it took 15 minutes to get my order. The food was disappointing. They didn’t give me the toast and the tenders were small. But worst of all was the fries tasted raw and were cold and unsalted. Absolutely inedible. Overall if I could give a negative star I would.

Took a team of teenage boys for a late dinner and the staff was super quick, funny, and welcoming. It was remarkable. They crushed the 15 orders. The place was clean and music and decor on point. The food was freshly made and delicious. It was a good experience. Bravo!

Chicken was juicy, breading crispy, and sandwich was slathered in sauce.
My favorite point was the sandwich had actual lettuce! Not iceburg.
Sandwich was sizable, tenders were more chicken than breading, sauce was rich and had great flavor.
My only down side was the coleslaw tasted sour.
Everything else was amazing from the portions to the quality of the food presented.

Chicken is made fresh on order! Its not ever sitting under a heat lamp for hours! Same for the fries. We ordered the sandwich and very happy with the taste, crispness, and how juicy the chicken was. We will be returning anytime we are hungry for fried chicken.

The atmosphere at Raising Cane’s was awesome—clean, upbeat, and welcoming. I ordered the Three Finger Combo and thought it was pretty good. The food is a bit overhyped online, but I really enjoyed the fries and the Texas toast—they were the highlights of the meal! Worth a visit if you’re craving some crispy chicken and good vibes.

Parking lot empty at 12pm thought it was closed…gave it a Google search was open turned around went in to eat ordered our food…sprite was empty told the counter and asked for another sprite from behind the counter still terrible, ketchup pump was empty told counter and asked for ketchup got some packets, food took awhile came out…chicken came out so hot and when we could eat it breading was bland thought the “canes sauce” was going to help no that was so over bearing, the fries were okay at 1st then just got old very quickly, the toast looked great but tasted terrible and dry..we will never go back, chicken fingers and sides are not good in our opinion. staff is nice though.

Nice that they’re opening more canes around, but it’s ultimately useless when the food literally has no seasoning. Great size proportions but tastes like generic salt and pepper seasoning! The service was very friendly and seems like a nice workplace but they have to up their seasoning game to compete with the chick fil a next door.
