Fried chicken ,pork chops, chicken tender, assorted fried or grilled fish, shrimp, hamburgers, hot dogs, country fried strak and hamburger steak are on the menu Wednesday thru Friday along with the following sides: rice, some type of greens, peas, potato salad, pasta salad, french fries, fried okra and side salads. We offer a fresh salad bar daily. Our Saturday menu is scaled back a little. and our Sunday meals are delicious and tasty with a large variety of dishes…it’s a must

The best hidden gem in Dawson,GA. A good friend from Dawson recommended this restaurant, bc we’re there only for Sunday church. The food is excellent, with great affordable prices. I ordered fried chicken, phenomenal ranch/lemon pepper fried okra, pork chops with sides. I wanted my family to sample it all!! ALL is/was fantastic. The staff is nice and pleasant, the owner Big Chris, aims to please and is very accommodating. You won’t regret it. May God continue to bless his business.

Woke up Saturday morning and decided to drive 3 hours away to a farmers market we frequent when we are passing through on our way to Jacksonville. Today we decided to try a different restaurant than the one we normally stop at. We Google chicken and Big Chris popped up. I told my husband “I’m sure Big Chris got these neck of the woods on lock we get there and customer service was A1! The place was clean and that’s the first thing I noticed. We ordered our food and 20 min later she brings it to our car with a smile and some lemonade that they make in the restaurant. When I tell you good and refreshing! The food was so hot and delicious! Straight out the grease!! Couldn’t touch it for at least 5 minutes . Even the bread was fresh! This will definitely be one of our stopping points from now on!

Hands down the best catfish and oxtails I’ve had in my life! The atmosphere is quaint and warm, the staff are super friendly, and the food exceeds expectations. This place was the highlight of my road trip and will surely be a mandatory stop any time I’m in South Georgia.

What a gem. If you like good plain traditional fried food. I had chicken gizzards and liver. Quick and efficient. My wife had wings. Great seasoning on the fries. Friendly customers and waiters.

My wife and I were headed to Florida and saw google had some really good reviews so we figured why not give it a try. From outside in the parking lot we kind of thought… not so sure so I went in first. Might not look great from outside but friendly folks inside and really good eats. We will be stopping in the next time down, probably in about a month. 8/19/24, my wife and I stopped by here again and again we had a great experience. The biggest thing I can really say is, you want to experience what southern fried food is all about, this place is it. They know how to do it right and they really seem to be good people. Pulling in the very small parking lot you might say what am I doing here. You may walk in and think that double. But by the time you take your first bite, you’ll know why you will come back again. Really good stuff
