Decent fast food chicken and crinkle cut fries. They have sweet and unsweetened iced tea which is pretty good. There’s not a lot of other choices other than the chicken tenders, so go there if you’re only looking for juicy chicken tenders. This particular location always blasts their music to the point where it’s not worth having a conversation over dinner. In addition, the trash is always overflowing despite the employees periodically collecting it. The drive-through is always long here. Best to go in and order. Also, try to get a parking spot where the drive-through line isn’t blocking the parking spots, otherwise trying to get out will take a long time!

Decent food not sure of the hype, chicken is bland unless you dip sauce the bread and crinkle fries are pretty good. Dave Portnoy eating honestly as a foodies 3.25 out of 5 stars. I see get the hype good member discounts for followers, but food is pretty simple basic unlike Popeyes or KFC and other numerous chicken venues. Decent overall all with 3.25 score. The vibe and staff were amazing and great upbeat and hyper pleasing all not like other restaurants in town.

My 8yo asked if we could have lunch at Raising Cane’s after an eye doc appt. My wife heard Cane’s and asked if I could bring some home. We stopped in Enfield. Lots of customers but NO LINE! The staff is quick without sacrificing service with a smile. I got myself a tenders combo, one to go, a kid’s combo for my daughter and of course 3 extra breads because my kid’s biggest complaint is there’s no toast in the kid’s meal. But otherwise the food was great! Christmas decor was up. Bathrooms were immaculate. Great job.

The atmosphere was cool with disco balls and was really decorated well. The staff was nice. Was a pretty good meal, but not as much as others I’ve had. Overall, pretty good.

Less busy now than when it first opened, but dinner is still very busy. Despite this, the line to order was quick and the wait for food was not long. It helps that there are only about 5 items on the menu. The chicken is above average. the fries average. the Texas toast was bread. The coleslaw was coleslaw.

Came here in person for the first time the other day. The food was really good. Service was on the money. The restaurant and property looks nice. An enjoyable fast food experience.

Had to see what the hype was all about. Prices are great for the amount of food you get. Chicken was tender and juicy. Fries were nice and salty but a little smaller than I thought they’d be. Was hoping for Shake Shack fries hahaha. I’m not a huge fan of Coleslaw but I did try it and it’s good. They have Coke products, sweet and unsweetened ice tea and lemonade. I wish they had a diet lemonade. My niece said it was extremely sweet. Cane sauce is bomb. This location has outdoor seating that I’m sure will be used alot in warmer weather. Overall, I’d go back again.

I got the naked chicken box meal and everything was GREAT! It took over 10 minutes but was worth the wait for sure. A worker Alberto was friendly and extremely professional when asked why it took so long. If the service and quality is consistent I will definitely be a loyal customer.

Raising Cane’s has expanded to Enfield and has been a rave through the first few months of it’s opening! I’ll start with my main positive takeaways.

The space is extremely clean and well kept, and the new space is a refreshing change from the typical corporate fast food and often neglected layout that Western Massachusetts is used to. Multiple clean restrooms, lots of space to eat inside and outside (with a covering in case of rain or suboptimal weather), and two functional drive through lanes. Service was good and the line moves productively-we got our food quite quickly! There is ample parking. The hours are extremely competitive and in my opinion, is one of the only reasons that would lead me to return to Cane’s. Several nearby competitors close far earlier, and their main competitor closes at 10PM and is opened 6 days per week compared to Cane’s 7. Plus, even if other chains are open for drive through service past midnight, many of their dining rooms have limited functionality and dine-in services end much sooner than Cane’s as well (which has both drive-through and dine in service open from 10AM-midnight every weekday)! I highly recommend taking advantage of the new dining space, especially during the summertime where parties can choose to eat either inside or outside.

Onto the food; I have gotten both the Caniac Combo with a large iced tea and a smaller custom order 4 pieces of chicken finger and large lemonade. The Caniac Combo was around $17, which is a really steep price for the product given. The latter order was $10, which is just not acceptable (even if it isn’t a combo meal, which we’ll get to).

The Caniac Combo (pictured): 6 chicken fingers, fries, two sauce sides, coleslaw, toast, large drink. The chicken was simple and was prepared relatively well. It was not dry, the crust was up to par, though the taste was completely unremarkable. Your only hope to add any taste is to use the one sauce made available by Cane’s (which is like a salty mayo), and if you aren’t a fan of it, you’re out of luck. I have gotten both iced tea and lemonade, which are both quite good-though if you order lemonade, make sure you ask for it when ordering as they don’t enable customers to get it themselves (they keep it behind the register!). The cup was mostly full of ice, though you’re able to refill everything besides the lemonade. The lemonade also costs extra as a replacement to the soft drink with any combo, so beware! The chicken and the lemonade or iced tea were the most remarkable parts of the meal, and the lemonade itself as an option is riddled with stipulations and extra costs-I’d encourage customers to get the fountain drink option and have iced tea, with free refills!

Onto the fries, coleslaw, and toast. The fries were the most disappointing part of the experience and were not only unremarkable, but simply poor quality. No crunch, the fries were relatively soggy with basically uniform consistency (vs a crunchy outside and a soft inside), and even the sauce could not save them. The issue is not these fries on their own, but that Cane’s main competitor has excellent fries as do many of it’s other local fast food equivalents. The coleslaw is an unremarkable side (and was served in a small side cup), though it’s perhaps a refreshing step away from the generic fast food options. The Texas Toast was literally just a buttered piece of bread-not good, not inedible, just unremarkable.
My second order entailed just 4 pieces of chicken and a large lemonade; after deciding to hold off on the sides (which I felt were pointless), I realized that my order was just as expensive as some of the combos. If you go to Cane’s, your only financially reasonable option is to select one of the combos vs getting only chicken and paying the same price.

Go to Cane’s if you’re really craving fast food/chicken/their drinks and are looking for an option that is clean and has great hours. However, there’s still much to improve in terms of their food!

Went to see what was all the hype about after hearing about it from friends and family and seeing it on social media. Overall experience was good. The food is about as average as it’s gonna get. Piece of bread, chicken tenders, and fries. The special sauce is good, which is what helps carry this franchise. (That is what I have been told many times) Interior is cool, the outside seating is nice, two drive thrus ish, etc. The workers treated us very nicely. Is there anything special about this place? In my opinion, no. But was it a decent/good place for quick fast food chicken? Of course.
