A huge pet peeve is when a cashier tells me to pull all the way up when there is no one else in the drive thru. I could understand if the drive thru is busy, but in most case when traveling the drive thru is empty.
Why do they not accept American Express? I really don’t know. It’s 2025, American Express is a major card, why are some places not accepting it…?

Ordered to 6 piece meals called and the manager Cavver or something like that didn’t care said oh ok and I can return my food since they didn’t do there job correctly no composition or apology offered just a oh ok. Not even busy there was 1 vehicles behind me and 2 in the parking lot. Horrible manager and pathetic customer service. $30 plus dollar order at fast food for 2 meals the owners should be ashamed of there management.

The food was great, but unfortunately, our experience was impacted by the service. The young woman (Chloe) taking our order seemed distracted and more focused on joking around than ensuring accuracy. As someone who’s worked in customer service, I understand it’s not always easy—but if you’re not in the mindset to do the job, it shows. Two of the items we ordered were missing from the receipt, and our ice cream treats were handed to us long before the rest of our order, leaving us waiting nearly 30 minutes for our food.

Bought an inedible ice cream cake. Brought it back to swap out for a new one, should have been no biggie. Talked to a teen “manager” who refused to exchange my cake. Tried calling DQ several with no answer, no voicemail. Left a message on the website with no response either. Can’t get ahold of anyone except a teenager. How frustrating. $50 bucks wasted.

Ordered our food through the drive thru and got asked to “pull forward”. No problem. Waited approx 5 minutes and no other cars ended up going through drive thru. After a good amount of time I decided to go inside just to see where our food was. Our food setting in the heating area. Watched some other people get their food and ice cream and not one time did anyone bag our food to run it out to us. I had to ask if they forgot about us and if I could finally get my food. No, sorry for the wait or anything. Lady bagged it up and handed it to me. Terrible customer service. Got home and realized our food was not even made correctly. This isnt the first bad experience with this location. Done supporting our little towns DQ. Will eat else where.

Need better training in customer service. Most of the time the people at the window are very nice. If you go inside however you are not greeted they just stand there playing on their phones. When they do look up they just walk away and say nothing. Behind the counter looks dirty and there’s flies everywhere. I dont think they have good management.

Had a bacon burger, fries, a drink and later a Blizzard. Thought the burger and fries were a little on the small size. Drink was fine along with the chip and mint Oreo Blizzard. Is an EV charging station in the parking lot. Was interesting to watch. Very busy with people getting their EVs charged up.

While waiting to order food, the lady who I can only assume is either the assistant manager/ manager on duty, yelled at customers with an attitude that their blizzards were ready and then threatened to write up another employee (very loudly, making the other employee turn bright red). I ignored her attitude and went to order, until she got an attitude with me and yelled at me to ask if I wanted fries. Mind you, I had already said yes to making it a combo with fries. My wife very calmly responded with, “never mind, we don’t have to get food here. You have a terrible attitude.” Which the lady responded with, “that’s fine with me, byyye,” as we walked away.
I don’t believe anyone should be treated rudely (customer or employee) and for a business to have someone like that in charge, baffles me. Just awful.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. However, the staff seemed like they were either lacking a little in training or work ethic – or both. I was with several others and we had to wait long for our food. It looked like only one person working in the kitchen. That is why I took one star off. The other missing star is because when I finally got my food my milkshake was missing. “Oh, we thought you had that already and removed it from the order.” I would probably visit again to give them another chance, but there is definitely room for improvement.
