I finally had a chance to swing by here as I was passing through the area and noticed there was only one car in the drive thru one.
Once at the speaker, I was promptly greeted with a friendly “Chicken, chicken, chicken, what combo are you picken?”
I chose the sandwich and with the combo, it included Crinkle Fries and a drink (I chose Root Beer soda).
The sandwich is not spicy, but did have some sort of sauce on it. Not sure what that sauce was, but it was OK. Fries were decent, but could’ve been a little bit crispy. Overall, I enjoyed my meal/lunch.
The young man that took my order was friendly and enthusiastic… Added to the experience, so thanks.

The cashier was patient and on top of things. The food didn’t take long and was fresh, flavorful and hot. The place was clean. You can tell they aren’t using old oil either. I was thoroughly impressed. I hope all locations are this good.

I have been putting off trying Cane’s for a long time now. Unfortunately I couldn’t be more disappointed. It’s just chicken fingers on everything. Even if you get a sandwich, the sauce is not nearly as good as Chick-fil-A, and it was more than $18 for six chicken fingers, half a hot dog bun, and what tastes like frozen french fries… I guess I expected more.

Place was busy for national chicken tendey day but our food came out fast! Parking lot was a bit small. Tenders were very hot and very crispy. Fries the same. So happy toast came with my meal. Wish the box meal came with a bit more sauce. I would have asked for extra. Lemonade was very tart and very sweet. It was good on its own and it was also good watered down if thats your thing. Coleslaw was mid. Not bad. This place was hyped up and it was my first time here. I’d say it met the hype. Better tenders than most places, but also seemed a bit more expensive than most places. I’d love to go back.

My daughter asked for Raising Canes after her procedure. It’s a little far from home so I was excited that it was closer from where we were. I’d had it before but this was her 1st time trying. When I arrived, there was plenty of parking. She wanted to go to the drive through but I wanted her to see how cool their decor is. Their decor is very cool and the customer service is always top tier. My favs the color tables and Flavor Fav. The area outside and inside was very clean. It was very packed this day but we still didn’t have to wait long. I started on my chicken tenders because I wanted to try them without the sauce. The perfectly cooked but didn’t tasted seasoned at all. I must say they’re like the ying to the chickens yang. The sauce had a lot of flavor, a lil too salty but it balanced the tenders. I will also say the sauce was not what I excepted. I was expecting tangy but it wasn’t. The coleslaw was so good. Not a sweet slaw but a good traditional one. The fries were yummy and that bread was heavenly. Perfectly buttered with an amazing crunch! My daughter loved everything but the coleslaw which I didn’t mind taking off her hands lol. I wished they’d add a lil more seasoning to the chicken and less salt to the sauce. Either way they’ve made a Caniac out of my daughter. They say they’re a chicken finger restaurant and that’s exactly what it is! I would highly recommend.

The chicken was fresh but tasteless, the sauce that came with it was horrible so the one piece I ate, I had to eat with ketchup which wasn’t good. The toast is only toasted on one side. The lemonade was lemon water. I feel like I was scammed. Just outrageous. $28 for two meals then one of our meals had a extremely long straight piece of hair in it. Thankfully we were able to find a Chick-fil-A Polynesian sauce in the car so we could eat the cold chicken tenders. Never again, also this was our closest location over a hour drive away.
The meal in the photo is the replacement meal for the original meal that came with hair

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers was founded in 1996 in Louisiana; there are approximately 700 locations. This one in Simsbury just opened in September 2024. I waited until the hype died down and decided to try out the brand for the first time ever.
I was surprised when I got to the drive through, there was only a car there, I expected a line. There were two people standing outside taking orders. The person who took my order was friendly. Their drive through process seemed efficient.
I ordered two of “The Box Combos” (one for my husband). There are 4 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, one Cane’s sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, and a fountain drink. I waited a few minutes, got my meals, and was on my way home.
The chicken tenders tasted good and was real meat (not like chicken nuggets consistency) but it was not as crispy as I expected. I prefer my tenders crispy, not sure if this was a one off thing for them. I really enjoyed the Cane’s sauce which tasted like a creamy ketchup; I read that it is mayonnaise, Ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Garlic powder, and Black pepper. The Cole slaw was decent and I really liked the Texas toast. The only complaints were, the fries were super soggy and the chicken tenders weren’t crispy. Overall, a decent spot to get fast food; it wasn’t mind blowing but it wasn’t bad either.

Came in as an experiment, left really impressed. Go for tasty fried chicken tenders. Moist, not dried out, fresh-cooked, with a pleasant dipping sauce. Good French fried potatoes, too. Go if you like chicken – that’s all they serve, but they’re good at it.
