I recently visited Raising Cane’s and had such a great experience that I felt compelled to leave a review; especially to highlight one amazing employee: Lisa.

From the moment we walked in, Lisa greeted us with such a genuinely positive attitude. She made us feel welcomed right away, which is something you don’t often see these days. Lisa went above and beyond. She not only took the time to help us carry our food to the table, but she also came by later to check in and even assisted with cleanup. Her cheerful energy and kindness truly stood out.

In a time when good customer service can be hard to find, Lisa was an absolute breath of fresh air. She clearly takes pride in her work. I hope management recognizes the gem they have in her!

Keep up the great work!

The food is amazing! The sauce is absolutely spectacular! I went with my boyfriend, and we loved it. We mentioned it was our first time, and the service was outstanding! Definitely the best restaurant of its kind in the U.S.! We also visited the Boston location, but this one has the best service! Everything was perfect! We’ve officially become regulars—after our first visit, we ate there every day for a week! Haha. Now we need to go at least once a week—we’re addicted. One tip: just go try it!

I was travelling back from NY from Thanksgiving and it was 1:30 after driving through really bad traffic. Raising Cane came through as a place to grab lunch. I had a friend a couple weeks ago list their top 10 chicken joints…and Raising Cane’s was in his list. This place has a simple menu. I picked the box combo. I ate in. The price was really great. My meal as you can probably see from the picture of the menu came with: 4 breaded chicken fingers, coleslaw, Texas toast, crinkle cut fries, a container of Cane sauce, and a drink. I opted for Cane’s Lemonade (Pure Cane Sugar)…the Lemonade is kept behind the counter and they gave me a tooooonnnnn of ice. It was good though. The meal took about ten minutes to come up. The dining room was fairly packed. The place was very clean. The patrons were all very nice and offered seating. The art in the dining room was city specific except for a large Elvis portrait.

The fingers were fresh and the batter light. The crinkle cuts were okay. The texas toast had sesame seeds on top. The coleslaw was mayo and vinegar based…chopped cabbage and carrot. The Cane sauce was like a clown sauce.

The meal came to $11.08. Excellent value

First time trying this chain and would return. I got the 4 pc box, the fiance got the biggest box (sorry, can’t remember what they’re called). I only received 3 tenders, but didn’t mention it because I wasn’t finishing the meal anyways. The tenders were solid, not processed, the fries were good too. Garlic bread was good, but I wish it was toasted on both sides. The service and turnaround was quick and they served a lot of customers in the short amount of time we were there.

OMG sorry… This might be the best chicken I’ve ever had IN MY WHOLE LIFE. So good, I drove 2 hours to try Raising Canes and it did not disappoint I got the 3 chicken tender box combo with extra sauce and honestly I put that on everything (brought some home but ran out sadly ) the sauce is actually kinda good with pizza…. Oddly enough. Thanks canes! I love you ❤️
ALSO they play really good music in there.

**First time visit ** 3 people plenty of parking , I did not know what their menu was until I got there. JUST CHICKEN FINGER ,or chicken finger sandwich, crinkle frie, and Texas toast , Cole slaw . An the dipping sause . iced tea and fountain drinks coke products. That’s all u need. I was full all night . The building Was a colorful an the interior had local pictures and newspaper nitch on the walls .. we at outside at the table out doors .. the tables needed a wipe down, but we’re not too bad .. multiple good things also happened during my visit . All random people doing good things for each outer 3 thing 1, a lady offered me a free drink cup. 2. 18-year-old offered to buy a lady food because she was looking in trash . (she accidentally threw something out and realized before she left)3 someone left food on top of their car, and someone else ran across the parking lot to tell them .. we ate all the food it was clean and good and fast .. we enjoyed our time their . I would an will go back . Or something .

I think it is overated, but it is very good, the service was quick, chicken was perfectly juicy, fries are your normal fries but nice and salty, the toast was good, and the sauce I enjoyed. Also the lemonade is great. Only 25’ish bucks for both me and my dad. All In all I recommend going.

My girlfriend wanted to check out Raising Cane’s as we both have never been. So we decided to try it tonight, and we were very pleased we did.
Even though the restaurant looked very full, our order was taken very fast. I was watching the employees cooking in front and they were all happy and getting the food out with no one complaining. When we got our food, it was so fresh and hot. The Chicken Tender Meal with three tenders is a very decent size meal. It comes with Crinkle Fries and Coleslaw and Texas Toast. The tenders were all white meat, very tender and juicy. Not dry or rubbery. No fat or any cartilage or anything gross like that I hate to have on a tender or chicken anything to be honest. There’s a slight seasoning in the crispy batter that’s coated on the tender. Not too salty or peppery. Just a slight hint of spice. The tenders come with their signature Cane’s Sauce which I do like. Love I’m not sure. I did not try enough of it to form a super solid opinion either way. Just that I thought it would be like a tangy big Mac style sauce or something but it’s definitely not any of those things and in fact I’m not really sure what it is. But it’s not bad so there’s that. The Coleslaw was also pretty surprising to me. As it was actually to me very good. It wasn’t super tangy or had an extra vinegar like taste to it or a standard Cole slaw dressing flavor. It is actually just a pretty good almost home style like Coleslaw. The French Fries are pretty standard nothing extravagant but nothing bad either. And last but not least, that Texas Toast, sigh, I only had a bite to try it, I could have eaten the whole damn thing but carbs ugh. That bread is something else. Oh and I almost forgot, we got green lemonade for St. Patrick’s Day ☘️☘️ ☘️
I do recommend this place if you are the low-key, laid back let’s go get chicken tenders and fries, and chill type of person. If not, hey it’s cool I get it. And as always, I review places from the Bariatric Weight Loss Surgery standpoint. If you are going here to look for something healthy, this place is not it. I took one bite of my chicken tender and I was automatically full. That’s Weight loss surgery life. Something I’m used to and ok with. My food is always much cheaper and I usually share meals with my girlfriend as I can never finish one myself. I opted to get my own this time and bring the rest home for my girlfriend’s parents and maybe give a tender to the dog because the dog definitely knew what we came home with
