Food is very tasty and service is prompt. The menu is limited but that just means its easy to order. If you like chicken fingers, this is the place. If you don’t like chicken fingers, what’s wrong with you (but they have a chicken sandwich)? Boxes come with tasty sauce, fries, great coleslaw, and Texas toast. The Texas toast is very good. I don’t know what to call the sauce but its very good and they give you plenty.

It’s touch and go depending on the day, time and team members working. Yes they habe good good when there food is fresh “don’t go for dinner” thos last time was honestly the last straw for me. My sprite was seltzer water? When I tried to tell them the dodnt attempt to do anything to fix it, instead they just sat there talking together like ot eas a social event. They gave us no fries, which is sorry nit if it paying as much as I did you better give me fries. The biggest problem with this place is they have to many children working who just want to hang out and talk instead of serving there guests who they act like are an inconvenience. There are a few good team.members but definitely not at 5pm or after. When I called no one answered just like when I went in there. Crazy!

Solo dine in. The food came out in what felt like 30 seconds, and was quite honestly the best tasting canes I’ve had – the chicken was fried perfectly and it was all extremely fresh. The same crew member who took my order was making rounds cleaning and stopped by to made sure I was happy with the food. And another crew member told me to have a great night as I was headed out.

Why do they have two lines to drive up yet one is never used?!? Why don’t they put a sign? Is the store manager just horrible at their job? I mean I’ve seen people and I myself have sat in that other line waiting like IDIOTS because there is no sign. Nothing. It’s obvious they don’t care. I refuse to come back just because of that. Unbelievable.

Is it me or has the portion size gotten WAY smaller? According to a friend, this location is notorious for being the worst Cane’s in terms of portion size. I remember a 3 piece meal making me full but I got the 4 piece and it was like the size of a kids meal. Better off going to another location and not be disappointed at this one.

I just tried Canes for the first time and the chicken tasted like heaven. So warm and tender. The bread was everything. It was fluffy and salty. The fries being added in made it the perfect combo. If you want the best chicken on earth I recommend you go here. It’s definitely worth the price! You won’t be sorry
