Took my granddaughter there for the first time. They are definitely under-staffed. Our waitress was great, however it took forever to get seated (we had a reservation), our appetizers came slow and the food was delicious, but cold. My granddaughter wanted the sparkling volcano. She loved it and she loved all the animals. That’s all that truly mattered.

Our waitress Amy was awesome, she was very attentive and checked on us regularly. I love the atmosphere. My daughter loved all the animals too. Unfortunately the food was not really good. My husbands steak was cooked wrong twice and the other items like the shrimp had no flavor. My python pasta was very dry as well. I would still recommend this place especially if you have kids. It’s quite cold in there so wear a jacket.

We Always love coming to the Rainforest Cafe here in Ontario, California. It is such a unique experience amongst the business of life to dine in another part of the world, even if only for a short while. The staff is always friendly and really seem to enjoy their jobs. The food is always good. I had the Rainforest burger. It was very tasty and well prepared. Justin, our server, took real good care of us. He was very friendly and took the time to talk to us and made sure we were satisfied. We look forward to our next visit soon.

It was our first time back in over 10 years for my mom’s birthday and we had so much fun! Our server Amy provided great service and made us feel right at home. The lasagna was great , my mom had the fish & chips which was HUGE portion, and we loved the environment. They had a photographer, balloon artist for the kids, and a great vibe. I will be back !

Rainforest Cafe has an amazing, immersive atmosphere that really makes it a fun family experience. I do think the animal features could use some updating! Overall the vibe is still enjoyable & unique.

This was the first time that ever I visited the Rainforest Cafe and I totally loved it. The food, atmosphere, and service were excellent. I had the Caribbean Trio dish (rice, steamed veggies, fried chicken breast, bbq ribs, and shrimp). Lots of food on one plate and it was delicious. Looking forward to visiting again. Gluten-free options are available plus 10% discount with AAA auto card.

I came here for lunch on New Year’s Day. The waiter, Danny, was very attentive and friendly. He brought the food promptly and he even offered to combine the scoop of ice cream and soda I ordered for me when I mentioned I was going to make an ice cream float. Excellent service, and I will return.
I also came on Monday to eat and Amy was the server. She was also very attentive and friendly. I ordered a Beastly Burger and it was amazing, I’m not even joking, this was the best burger I had ever tried. Given the sheer size of the burger, $23 is not a bad deal, as the burger was huge.

I went to RC with the family on a Thursday night with the family, driving from the South Bay, just for the occasion of reliving the late ’90s and early 2000s with them. The restaurant wasn’t very crowded, so I think visiting on a weeknight is good to avoid that. We did reserve a table online, however. This place didn’t disappoint. The animatronics and effects were all perfect. Food was also very good; I recommend the Anaconda Pasta. The service was also pretty good, just a little slow, but not too much of a complaint there. A great time was had by all.

We came in for dinner for my daughter’s 7th birthday and had a wonderful time! Our server ally was extremely nice, attentive and made my daughter and her siblings all feel special for the celebration! We got balloon animals from the balloon artist and overall had an awesome night! Definitely will be back for more special celebrations!
