Loved my food! The tables could have been wiped down between customers. They had canned and bottled drinks instead of a soda tap with iced drinks. Loved the coconut water option and Thai tea!! Happy to have this location on this side of town! They have chocolate covered dinner mints on the way out the door.

When it’s been a heck of a morning at work, this is where I come. The owner and her daughter are two of the sweetest pretty ladies. Careful with their spice as it’s otherworldly– they grow their own Thai chilies, roast them, and grind them in-house. I’m haggling with myself if I’m man enough for medium every time I walk through their door.

Tasteful heat. And even if you go for no spice, flavors are genuine, complete, and satiating. Their rice is my favorite in Chattanooga because it is so savory and delectable, yet affordable.

I love the service. I love the food. I love the speed! Never takes more than 15 minutes. If you work or live near Broad St, beware dude– this place will become a weekly or bi-weekly plight for your wallet. I know people who eat here every other day and I can’t blame them.

I realize restaurant prices are high now, but I just paid $19 for a small container of takeout curry. It didn’t even have 1 fresh basil leaf in it. I was excited this Thai place popped up on our side of town, but the food was acceptable at best for the portion. Respectfully, J. Mark

The food was abysmal. Highly do not Recommend!
The food had absolutely no flavor, not enough sauce and was not mixed together the way it normally is.
First of all just bc it’s to go for doesn’t mean it should separated. I got what I thought was a spicy basil noodle dish, which came with rice??? Got charged $3 extra for the noodles that came out in an absolute brick, and I had no way to pry them apart from each other. Bc this was a TOGO order I wasn’t eating at home and I had to use scissor to cut a chunk of noodles away bc I couldn’t get them apart.
Secondly, since when are we putting celery in this dish??? I paid four dollars extra for extra vegetables and got two small pieces of broccoli and every single mushroom looks like it had been sitting out for days. This is not the quality or even close to the same thing as the original location.
This was the most disgusting and most expensive lunch that I have purchased in a very long time and I highly recommend not ordering from them or using this location. I’ve literally never ordered from the other location and not had the SPICY BASIL NOODLES not come mixed with noodles. Insane for $44!

While eating I munched on not just one but two pieces of metal in my rice. Seemed like maybe it was from a cleaning sponge possibly? I called to make them aware as this definitely posed a safety concern. The girl who answered the phone was so sweet and apologetic. I was super understanding and kept my cool cause honestly I was expecting them to do the right thing. She told me the manger would call me and took my number. I didn’t hear anything that night or the next day. I just got an auto generated email saying they hate they fell short on my order. The only thing we ate that night was $50 bucks. I’m sure it was an accident but the lack of accountability when it was a safety concern has me a little peeved.

Let’s start with there are no public restrooms here. How do I wash my hands before eating???? Not sure how this is allowed……
The food was mediocre at best. It looked and tasted like the sauce on my chicken came from a bucket. The other dish was overly salted, the curry was lack luster.
The service lacked as well. I felt like a number rather than a customer.
Not my cup of tea but it may be yours….

I really enjoyed my soup and fried rice I got yesterday. The tom kha was precisely what I was expecting, and the fried rice (basic fried rice, not the entrée version) was serviceable if not a touch boring. I’ll select a spicier level for the food next time as “medium” was basically zero.
