Hole in a wall/dive-bar type of atmosphere, very low-key. Service was quick and friendly. My first time there I just had a burger and fries which was good. 10 or so booths to sit at and a couple of tables. Open grill area with bar-type seating. A lot of random stuff on the walls to capture your attention and spark conversation. It was a good place for a quick bite. I didn’t get to see any other meals as I took mine to go so I don’t know about portion size or anything. I will go back again sometime.

I work at Fleetmaster in Eden. I seen this place early in the morning as I past in the big Truck . SO I Walk back for lunch. There no room for a Tractor trailer. It was only mile in a half. Food was pretty good, not bad. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and fries and a lemonade. Price was good too. Everyone was friendly. I will go back. Thanks. Kenny A.

Food was good definitely what you would expect in a dinner. Atmosphere was a Bit cluttered w memorabilia. Looks to be where locals hang out. Staff very friendly with the regulars. Two meals $20ish.

Old time cafe…serves great food. The service is excellent. This is the place that locals go to eat. We’ll be back.

Went back last week, Halloween. Waitresses dressed up and were attentive as ever to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was great. Had a nice long talk with the lady at the register. It was a great time. Now be aware…it’s not fancy by any means but….the food was really good. Give it a try.

We’ll be back again, for the country drive and the good food.

I WAS REUNITED with an,’old’ (LOL), schoolmate!
It was great to see Wendy Wood again. I won’t mention how many years it’s been, but they just melted away, just like the cheese on my cheeseburger, when she recognized me!
But the food was even better! The CB & Fries! That’s my favorite! Can’t get enough of them! Thanks Wendy!

First time eating here. Small town diner. Was almost like stepping back in time. More of a homey feeling than a stiff, cold modernized one. Owner and staff was very welcoming and friendly. Big menu (breakfast, lunch, supper). Daily hot plate specials(meat, vegetables, dessert). Decided to try their hand pressed cheeseburger. Was not disappointed. Had a really good flavor and tasted fresh. Will be stopping there again.
