What a nice surprise! Went to Longhorn a few doors down and there was an over a 30 minute wait. Left and went to Raillery and there was also a 30 minute wait, but almost an empty bar area.

Wife and I were out for Valentines Day and wanted a quicker bite than usual. Still romantic and fun. Bartender was great, she got us our drinks and food and it was really good. Great atmosphere and thought this was the option I was looking for. I enjoyed the sweet chili wings and she was all over the Reuben.

Yeah, we weren’t that hungry, but this definitely hit our spots.

The Raillery is no longer an option, it is a first choice now, with Longhorn.

I’m very disappointed about a recent visit. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken as I was starving and at $20 dollars what I got represented a sad looking salad, spread out to look big, clearly not at all. To make matters worse, when I mentioned my concerns to the waitress, Gabriella she was quite rude, and simply stated that the salads are measured out. She didn’t offer any solutions or attempt to make a situation right and then just walked away.

Raillery Public House was a very positive surprise. We went for the first time and enjoyed it so much that we came back again later the same month — and it was just as nice the second time. The pizza is good, the kids’ portion sizes are great, and the service overall is friendly and attentive. We also really liked the tables tucked into small niches around the restaurant — cozy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back for a third visit.

Absolutely love this place. For a date night, or even a family dinner out. Always such a fun vibe and the seasonal specials are always super unique and delicious. I definitely appreciate a place with a great food and drink menu and Kayla the bartender has done a wonderful job with the craft drinks. Highly recommend.

Great first impression from the hostess that seated us to the excellent service we got from our waiter. Restaurant was clean. Bar is divided off so it’s more kid friendly. They do have booths that are somewhat private, they’re pretty cool if you want a romantic meal or even a business meal.
My daughter got the kids fish and chips. I got the big kids fish and chips. We both enjoyed our meals. Fish was cooked right with a nice batter. The fries weren’t soggy and the coleslaw wasn’t drenched in dressing. We had some kind of chocolate deliciousness for dessert! I’d definitely go back!

My wife and I stopped by the Raillery in Franklin, MA for lunch. We both loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Service was phenomenal, they removed used plates at the edge of the table quickly. The food was pretty good- but we ended up only doing appetizers instead of getting meals. One thing I really liked was the cauliflower poppers; great flavor and a little spicy kick at the end. The steak and cheese tacos were also awesome. The only thing I had that wasn’t that great was the prosciutto wrapped scallops- the prosciutto was sliced a bit thick and it overpowered the flavor of the scallops. Despite this minor thing, I would definitely like to return and do dinner here! Great pub.

The Raillery Public House provided us with excellent food and service. Last Saturday, we celebrated my grandson’s sixteenth birthday with 11 family members and friends. We arrived early to set up favors and balloons, but were shown an area/table which had very high stools and would be difficult for some of our family to negotiate. We explained this to our server, Colin P., and staff, who very graciously changed our table arrangements with lower chairs and tables put together with no problems. We had a variety of appetizers (which included their famous large Bavarian pretzels and Steak & Cheese Rolls), entrees and drinks. Everything was served hot and cooked perfectly. Our server, Colin P. , was terrific! He anticipated our needs (drink refills, etc.) and provided us with excellent professional service which made our party even more pleasant and successful ! We highly recommend the Raillery Public House –

The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and appeared clean, aside from the occasional bar fly. The food itself was enjoyable, and I had no major complaints regarding taste or quality. I ordered the Reuben sandwich with fries, which was served with a small cup of ketchup. Unfortunately, the portion provided was not sufficient, and I had to wait for additional ketchup from the waitress. In my view, condiments should be provided in adequate amounts to ensure guests can enjoy their meal without interruption. Considering both the presence of flies and the limited condiment portioning, my overall rating reflects these concerns.

This is so sad and disappointing. I’ve eaten there a few times and love doing reviews. I haven’t gotten to my previous review that I wanted to a couple of weeks ago. Long story short what happened last night was ridiculous and I will never go back nor will anybody that we were with. We waited over an hour not to be seated. I am disabled when I walked in I almost fell and let them know that it was wet at the door and there mat needed to come forward so that people don’t sleep. How come the front end people aren’t trained to watch for this? Don’t they realize the liability for the company?

The hostess told us 10 to 20 minutes and we did expect 20min. But after 40 minutes I was annoyed and I asked what was going on. Then she said we’re working on it and an additional amount of time passed, now over an hour we made a decision enough was enough and left. The management clearly poor if they do not train their people accordingly – (1) dangerous entry when it was wet from rain and (2) way off for waiting time! Sadly, to have my group, which I insisted to trust this restaurant (again) that night was embarrassing for me. In the past I had fish tacos and they had great service. On a different occasion, several of my friends have had VERY bad service and VERY bad food because a fundraising golf tournament had them has the caterers.

The photos are from one of my times a couple of weeks ago and I would not recommend going at this point. Sad because it had a lot of potential.
