I’ve been going here for years. Here lately I’ve been visiting daily. Sometimes the staff are a little on edge I would say. This is a fairly busy restaurant so I get it. The food is amazing. I love their Cold Deli Sandwichs. They’re having a very good deal right now on Tuesday you can buy a sandwich and get one free. It’s for the Bengals. Win or lose, every Tuesday, free sandwich. Don’t forget to tip them. They deserve it.

Every time I come in I ask for extra butter and condiments because they never put enough and it be dry so today i asked for a remake because there was not condiments on my sandwich the Gm told me no he wasn’t remaking it because they remade it the other day and gave me a refund idk why but this is the worse location the food is ALWAYS DRY and lacking a decent amount of condiments mind u a few days ago i went in before close and they didn’t put any condiments on my sandwich

Sandwich was good, but somehow every single employee must be deaf. I was going crazy repeating everything I said 8 times. Also, the lack of menu by the order counter makes no sense. I don’t know what you have and shouldn’t have to stand there and google. Could use work, but the sandwich as I said was good.

I normally love Penn Station but not this time. I found a hair in my food and when I called they said I could get a refund. I went in and was told they would remake it but since I didn’t have the sandwich anymore they couldn’t do anything. Definitely don’t want another sandwich, I wanted a refund. I wasn’t told to keep the haired sandwich in order to receive a new one or anything, just to come back since I had already gone back home.

Well I paid 12.99 for small Philly steak sandwich, when worker brought it I was shocked didn’t recognize it cause all I seen was melted cheese, where’s the beef? Small strip of tiny pieces of steak the sandwich was greasy more than usual and barely taste any meat. The fries were also short stubby not like it use to be long . Was shocked how price goes up but food quantity and quality went down.

I went there the other day asked for extra crispy fries, they weren’t crispy at all. The I guess manager was rude when I asked for them to be remade, eventually he remade them but they weren’t crispy at all. The entire time he was rude. I was respectful when I asked for the remake. And he wasn’t only rude to me, he was rude to the other employees. While we were eating he was sitting there talking about other customers in the eating area. I love Penn Station and him saying that they have never done extra crispy is bull cause I liked that location more and they got crappier. I won’t be going back. I wouldn’t suggest this Penn Station to anyone.
