Rai Rai Ramen in Mt. Laurel is a hidden gem that delivers an authentic Japanese ramen experience. The menu offers a wide variety of options, but the chicken katsu ramen , chicken shoyu ramen and steak ramen are absolute standouts—rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. I also loved the takoyaki and the Gomoku ramen, which had just the right hint of spice.
The restaurant itself is cozy and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, patient, and happy to explain menu items (like what “charsiu” means), which makes the experience even better. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything feels freshly prepared.
Whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout, Rai Rai Ramen never disappoints. It’s the kind of place you’ll find yourself craving again and again. Highly recommend for anyone in South Jersey looking for top-notch ramen!

Cozy restaurant with a steady flow of customers. The food is amazing, freshly prepared, and served quickly. I ordered fried Gyoza and Charsiu along with the Charsiu Ramen. Everything was reasonably priced. The Ramen broth was perfect and it comes with plenty of noodles, also cooked perfectly. All the food was great along with the service. Go during lunchtime or early afternoon to miss some of the heavy rush. Highly recommend!

First time visiting – as soon as I walked I immediately knew that I made a great choice: it smelled amazing and everyone who was eating at the tables next to me seemed to really enjoyed the food.
I got the spicy beef ramen and my lady got the wonton ramen. We also shared a small order of Gyoza which were pan fried and yummy!
Everything was delicious; we will definitely be back!

What a wonderful gem in an unseeming area. Pork buns rate in top 5 small dishes my buddy and I agree. Thats of all time. The pairing of sauces and the perfection of the bun are unmatched. The pork makes the dish. Their Ramen is also great. Im newer to Ramen but I’ve had some I didn’t care for. I’ve had 3 different Ramen dishes here and they were all great. No critiques from me. Very happy and so thrilled to have found this place. Would definitely recommend. It has so many good ratings for GOOD reason.

A busy but quiet restuant. The service is direct and fast. Most importantly the food is well priced and amazing. The ribeye is the most eyed item and for good reason. Though for a much more resonable price I would go with a set meal or katsu ramen.
You will almost certainly leave with food to take home. I reccomend to finish any ramen in store as it becomes dramatically less appetizing and tasty when put in a take out container.
Ny only minor gripe is the timid servers who will only interact with you when it’s very clear you’re ready for the next step of the ordering / eating / paying process.

Great food and service. Very affordable and given quite a lot! Their mini combos are the way to go. Always making for a wonderful ramen date night spot.

I have been a customer here A LOT over 6 years. I prefer to out because the vibes in the restaurant can be uncomfortable at times. Also this last time I went I was VERY disappointed. I always get the Rib Eye ramen because it is one of the few items that do not contain pork (which I can’t eat). it has been $19.95 for years! This last time I went I bought 2 and paid $59.60!! I know the restaurant has gained a lot of popularity recently. I called to ask why I was charged $20 more than listed online and I was basically told to just get over it because that’s the price. When I said online has a different price the manager said it’s my own problem. The food is great but not $60 great for 2 ramen. I’ll be making this myself at home from now own.

Food was incredible however at the end of drinking the broth an object got stuck in my throat and I could not breathe I fought for try and cough it up but nothing. Thank goodness someone heard me struggling once I coughed the object up I realized it was shard plastic that was hidden in the broth. However mistakes happen just be more careful because my life was indeed in you guys hands at that moment.

Seeing the great, highly-rated reviews, I decided to try it out. And it was indeed delicious! I ordered the combo fried rice along with the shoyu and house special ramens. Our food arrived pretty quickly, and they even have an 8% cash discount. Definitely recommend this place if you’re craving ramen.

It was one of the better ramen I had in Jersey! Everything was fresh and flavorful. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. They offer great service with friendly staff. The fried rice was a winner as well. I highly recommend trying it.
