I’m over here reading some of these reviews and scratching my head. Some of y’all are on another planet.
I ate here for lunch today and it was great:) I ate here a couple of months ago and it was not worth it at all. I can tell that changes were made and in my opinion it’s for the better no questions asked. If they stay the course then it will lead to bigger and better things.
If you leave a review about a GOOD FOOD PLACE and make comments about the ownership and changes made WITH ZERO KNOWLEDGE AND ONLY OPINIONS then you’re the problem. Some reviews come off as whining and honestly no one has time for that. GROW UP.
The employees were very kind and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. I loved the flavor of everything. It was very clean inside and that’s important.
I recommend Ragin Chicken because the food is made to order and the portions are very generous. Some hot honey would have been perfect 100/10 Will be back soon. Don’t listen to the haters.

Complete 180 from when this place first opened! The chicken is fresh and HOT! My order is never wrong and the service is phenomenal. Staff is also super friendly! The batter finally stays on the chicken and you get your full moneys worth because these strips are HUGE!

So I read all the reviews and I was a little nervous but figured we would try since I had a coupon. The guy at the counter explained that the menu had changed and the new tenders were very big. Also explained different sauces and sides. Needless to say it was delicious!! My daughter loved the Mac & cheese but said the house sauce was a bit spicy.

THE TENDERS ARE YUUUUUGE! This place used to serve small to medium pinky ring tenders, they are massive now. The mac and cheese is a game changer. If you’re worried about the one star reviews—don’t be. It’s a great meal for a great price, perfectly seasoned. I will definitely be back!

What happened to this place, we have ordered take out so many times from this place because we loved the different choices of chicken and the Mac and cheese was really good not to mention the waffle.
The menu has completely changed; the Mac and cheese looks and taste like store bought frozen garbage, the chicken is only one choice of spicy and so greasy you can actually taste the grease.
There is no waffle anymore sad signature gone.

Im sure the owners feel like they cant win because so many people complained about the tender size but my husband and I went to this place every single week. Im sure everyone in the place would recognize us. It was perfectly crunchy and seasoned well. We loved the sliders and the tenders. We went about a week ago and they changed everything. It almost tasted like the new giant tenders were frozen and less crunchy. My husband couldnt get his sliders anymore either. We wont be back for a long while.

First time here. I ignored some of the reviews and decided to give it a whirl. Best chicken tenders that I’ve had. Sauce is great, but the chicken stands alone as far as seasoning and preparation. Nice place and very clean. Cashier was helpful and friendly. Family atmosphere and EXCELLENT prices for today’s economy! Will absolutely return.
