First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

So happy this location is finally open, I had the pleasure of attending the pre-opening and everything was amazing! The food was delicious, we had great service, and I love the atmosphere of this location, it’s beautiful inside. I’m looking forward to my next visit and sitting outside on the patio when the weather is warmer. I had the Market Hash and it was amazing! Everyone in my group enjoyed the food, coffee, juices, and overall experience. Thank you! We will be back.

Wha a wonderful addition to Manassas!! Friendly service, easy wait list with the app, and good experience all around!! The place is beautifully decorated with nice light ambiance. There’s an outdoor patio which will be great when it’s warmer.
I stopped in for breakfast at the bar. Ysmael was so helpful and friendly! The food is fresh and delicious. The Honey Caramel Crunch iced coffee is so yummy without being overly sweet. The dishes are well-seasoned and delicious!

We visited First Watch with a large group of six, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Finding a spot that handles a bigger party well can be a gamble, but they nailed it.
The Food: Absolutely delicious. Everything from the Million Dollar Bacon to the Avocado Toast arrived fresh and flavorful. Even with six different orders, every dish was high-quality and consistent.

This building is airy and very beautiful. Service was awesome we had Brittney as our server and she was funny and very attentive, food was delicious, portions are good! We will absolutely be coming here more often and are happy we have a first watch in Manassas that way we don’t have to go to the one on Centreville anymore!!! We will be back!!
