I place my order over the phone. Tell her I want to pay over the phone. She says only if that’s your only form of payment. I’m like um ok, I’ll just pay when I get there.. never once did they tell me it’s going to be a 3.5% convenience fee. I didn’t say anything about that.. I was in a hurry so I didn’t check the boxes before I left. I bought $45 worth of pizza. I get home and they look nasty and taste like rubber. I call and both the worker and manager were very rude. The manager interrupted me while I was talking and I told her don’t interrupt and let me finish. She tells me not to talk to her like that and hangs up the phone.. very unprofessional. I’ll never be back to Tullahoma Rafael’s again.

Great dough! Pizza is great. Pastas very tasty, service with a smile if they’re not a high school person. That’s when it falls off. The summer staff is not excited to be there. Everyone else puts a lot of effort into making it enjoyable.

Wonderful place i’ve came many times due to the fantastic food. Every single employee in the store was trying to help me it was crazy. Been on crutches for a month and the staff here were more concerned than anywhere else ive been. Good place will earn my business as long as i live here

The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious! The only downside was the French fries, they were barely warm and lack crunch. The the Italian cheesesteak sandwich and the steak and cheese calzone were perfect. The lasagna was very basic, lacking density and flaver and the sauce was absolutely tooooo salty. The cheese bread sticks were wonderful but needed more cheese it also came with the salty red sauce.

Last Friday evening I ordered a gyro pizza (not on the menu) and it was FANTASTIC! Gyro meat, black olives, green olives, red onion and feta cheese with two sides of tzatziki sauce (I should have either gotten 4 sides or made a big batch myself because it was the creme de la creme!) Bravo guys! Job very well done as usual!
