I ordered a meatball calzone and when it got to the table all it was was three meatballs some cheese and a few green peppers no marinara sauce no anything. I ordered cheese sticks for appetizers I got five of them they cost me $4.95 which means that they were 99 cents a piece and they tasted like something from the frozen food section at Walmart. My partner got chicken parmesan which was what look like marinara sauce top of chicken tenders with spaghetti on the side which had watery marinara sauce on top. I had to use the restroom while I was there thank God I didn’t have to sit down the bathroom was very dimly lit and it had an odor to it overall I would not recommend this place and I will not be back.

WORST SERVICE EVER! The only reason they get a star at all is because this app doesn’t allow the zero stars they deserve.
We’ve been ordering pizza from Raphael’s for years but over the last year or so the service has declined considerably and the manager is conveniently NEVER available for complaints. They’ll take a message and tell you he’ll call back but he NEVER does. The cooks do not seem to get the concept of starting food that takes longer first so everything is started at the time of order and the pizza sits there getting cold while you wait for them to cook the wings. And NOW, they overcharge you if you aren’t careful! I ordered medium pizzas and when my daughter picked them up, they charged her for larges! When I called to speak with the managers he next day, big surprise, he wasn’t available! The woman I spoke with said they had been getting calls about this ALL DAY. She told me they could refund the difference but when I went in, they gave me the runaround.
HORRIBLE way to treat loyal paying customers.
Even though we love their pizza, we WONT be back!

We decided to give the restaurant another try. It took us almost and hour to get out food. I went up to ask about our order and female employee passed me and never acknowledged me. She did not look happy & I finally had to ask somebody to help me. When we finally got our order the bread was cold and hard. They forgot my husband’s salad and told us they were making it. We waited 10 more minutes and they still had not fixed it. The employees I saw acted like they did not want to be there and their customer service skills are horrible. When I went up there again and asked about the salad I was talking to the female & she turned here back on me to take an order. I said excuse me I was talking to you she said I didn’t take your order he did very hateful. When I complained that had a salad ready. I told him never mind we would go somewhere that had good customer service. This place needs to train there employees how to treat the public. Do not waste your time or money.

This was lunch on Sunday. The food was great. I ordered a calzone which was huge and full of cheese!! My husband had chicken stir fry which he said was good. Both were hot and fresh when they came out. We also had salads which were crisp and fresh (Iceburg lettuce). Service was also great and she was friendly. We were amazed with her knowledge of the menu and ingredients. Would recommend.

I really was not impressed with the food nor the service. The workers were just hanging out in the lobby and outside when we pulled in and had an air of annoyance at having to serve customers. The booths were dirty so I know there was work to be done.
When we ordered, the cook, who was also hanging out in the lobby, didn’t budge for 5 minutes to work on the food. Another worker called out “is anyone even cooking?” At which point the cook finally got up and started working on it.
The food tasted uncooked and both myself and my husband didn’t feel well at all after eating. The 2 star rating is because the price of the food was alright, but we will not eat here again. Maybe the place needs a Manager during the day shift?
Edited to add that they were accepting only cash, no card, which is a major inconvenience.

Interesting place….sort of a fusion of fast/casual Mediterranean fare, where you order at the counter and they being it to the table. After a slight mix-up with our order, we both got VERY GOOD calzones! And they went above and beyond in making up for the mistake. The service was very pleasant and helpful, and the dessert was awesome! We will definitely eat there again!

I have been here before in the past and the food was very good. However, I must express my disappointment due to the fact that their website apparently has their hours posted incorrectly. On Friday and Saturday nights it says they are open until 11 pm. When I called at 10 pm to place a takeout order the person I was talking to said they closed at 10 pm.. People these days rely on the information they obtain from a business website to be correct and up to date. For this reason I can only rate it 2-stars and that is based solely on previous visits that were good or it would be less.
