Raelyns offers some great pizza, sandwiches, and my personal favorite, the calzones. My husband always goes for a tenderloin or burger. The garlic pillows are always a family favorite as well. Watch their Facebook for some fun trivia nights they’ve been offering lately and join in!

Food was average. Service was below average. mainly because after we got our food three different waitresses within five minutes tried to force us to take a box for our food and leave. It got to the point that when they came back a fourth time. I had to tell the waitress if we need a box we’ll ask for one. We’re trying to eat our dinner. Had to wait long time for refills after asking for one. A guy behind us wouldn’t sit still and kept bouncing and shaking the heck out of the seat. Knocking us all over the place. Felt like we were sitting in a seat on a carnival ride. We had average wait for our dinner to arrive to our table compared to other restaurants. The biggest problem was when the bill came. We were over charged on each meal. Called the waitress to the table and explained to her each meal had a few dollars add to it. She said the menu doesn’t reflect the correct prices and needs to be updated. we weren’t told that until the bill came. I said don’t you think that the menu should show the correct prices so people know what they are paying for food? She said she would pass the message along. Because they didn’t offer to adjust the bill to the price they had advertised for the food. Things were made correct by leaving no tip. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you like being charged more for food than what the menu says and below average service.

Went in for lunch today. The food was delicious. My girlfriend and I both had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I highly recommend it!
Update: Dined in here a second time and had similar pleasant experience. They updated the menus which was a nice touch.

Had a hamburger, added cheese and bacon. Delicious Char on the meat. Perfectly cooked. Had fries too. Great filling lunch. My wife had a chicken wrap. That was huge! She loved that. She had sweet potato fries. They were good too. Excellent service. The waitresses were running around like crazy, but did make sure everything was good. When they’d walk by. We’ll certainly go back again and would recommend this place.

The giant tenderloin was no joke. It was good quality, but overcooked, so really crunchy. The fries were cooked well. The waitress/bartender was super sweet. Service was excellent. Food is ok. Maybe I should have had the pizza instead!

Extremely frustrating and dishonest experience. My fiancée placed a takeout order and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. When I arrived to pick it up, the waiter (Brian) claimed the phone “hadn’t rang all night” and treated me like I was mistaken for thinking an order had been placed.
After reordering, the food came out in about 10 minutes. While paying, I asked another employee whether the phone had actually rung earlier. She confirmed that it had — Brian simply never completed the order, so the kitchen never received it.
Instead of taking responsibility, Brian lied and tried to shift the blame, making us feel like we were the problem when the mistake was entirely his. To make matters worse, management only took $2 off a $30 bill for their own error. That is not acceptable compensation for wasted time and dishonesty.
Mistakes happen. Lying about them, gaslighting customers, and offering a token discount is poor service and worse management. We will not be returning.

Staying at the Geneseo Campground and decided to try Raelyn’s for supper. Had the hand battered mushrooms and cheese curds for appetizers. Hand battered mushrooms were absolutely amazing. Cheese curds were good also. Had the breaded tenderloin with fries. Kinda wish I would’ve tried a burger instead. But, it was good also.

The food here is consistently fantastic! The portions are HUGE, everything is always well-seasoned, and it all comes out piping hot. The service is just as impressive. The staff is attentive, friendly, and quick to refill drinks and they always check in to make sure everything is perfect. On top of that, it’s always spotless. Definitely one of our go-to spots!
