This restaurant positioned along the embankment it a truly special place to dine, with glass doors facing the river, top notch food on every occasion I have visited with friends and family. Spent a fabulous Monday evening this week with my brother and Tilok and his exceptional team looked after the us so well I just had to tell everyone about this very welcoming, high quality restaurant. Had a fantastic meal last night, we were a table of four and from the moment we walked in the service was second to none. Naz made sure everything was just right, I even requested a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu (Lychee Martini) and it was no problem – very nice too.
The food was delicious and full of flavour, we didn’t feel rushed and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere inside. The decor is lovely too.

From the ambiance to the setting to the service!
I was greeted by who I believe is the manager, very warm and hospitable.
Then I was accompanied to my table who I can only describe as the best host.
The food was exceptional, the service sublime and the cocktails are to die for!!
Great team all in. Food is second to none.

What a wonderful meal! My wife and I dined here yesterday and had what was one of the best Indian meals we can remember. I had the Lamb Chops Special appetiser, which was absolutely delicious – meat so tender and spices amazing. My wife had the scallops, which were not only lovely, set this indian restaurant apart from the crown in and of themselves.
For main I chose the Shoo Coo Tee, a Goan speciality – this was so good, perfectly spiced and complex in taste and even the chicken breast meat was plentiful, succulent and not dry. My wife had the Nepali lamb which was delicious and they even made it mild enough for her taste, even though it’s normally two chillies hot.
We so enjoyed the food that we even shared a dessert (something I’ve never done in an Indian restaurant) and ordered the Gulab Jamun which was home made, not heavy and absolutely delightful. Even the poppadoms at the start came with delicious dips we’d not experienced elsewhere.
The interior is also plush, romantic and tastefully decorated. Service was perfect – not in your face but never absent. And the price? – extremely reasonable too!
What a great evening. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough – if you live in Bedford, there is no better Indian food, believe me – I’ve lived here for over 50 years. We can’t wait to return…

First visit following a lovely takeaway with friends. Food was delicious and served piping hot! Staff were attentive and professional, especially Nas. Unfortunately, there were lots of empty tables which meant the atmosphere was a bit flat but being just after Christmas and lots of flu around didn’t help. Will definitely go again.

I have so far, ordered Home Delivery on three occasions – with three different dishes.
I can highly recommend Chicken Tikka Dhansak and Chicken Tikka Saag, both with Garlic Naan.
Radhuni should rethink the cooking method of Biryani – should not be completely yellow with turmeric and never serve with ‘Vegetable Curry’! The sauce should always be Tadka Daal or Buna Sauce.
Otherwise the delivery is prompt and curtious, but with a £3 delivery charge.
I am yet to visit the restaurant in person – I shall update this review when I have done so.
(3rd January 2026 @ 12:20) After several takeaways last year – as promised, I would eat at the restaurant and review my ‘Classic Indian Dish’!
However, the two waiters insisted that I sit by the window directly in the sun – which I hate.
The restaurant was empty and no other customers!
So …. I just left and took my lunch business elsewhere!
Note to Owner: The two waiters need to be educated or trained as to who is paying their wages!
If this is the attitude of your front
of house staff – I shall no longer be using your services; eat-in or takeaway!
