Came here as part of my ongoing search for the best Philly Cheesesteak in Richmond. I had been here before but never tried the food. The atmosphere is a bit weird, but definitely a different vibe that many would enjoy. The staff was solid, and they got my customization of the Philly correct. The food was really good, and the Philly ranks amongst the top I’ve had so far!

Had a great visit with my pups. I’m stuck on keto, but they have an amazing gf pizza here and Ibordered supreme. They brought water bowls for the dogs and service was stellar. The ambiance was great w natural shade all over the patio. Atmosphere was great! This is a gem–can’t wait to go inside when I’m not w my dogs. 5 stars!

Reserved the restaurant for an event recently and couldn’t have been more pleased. James was extremely responsive and friendly through email at the beginning and through phone closer to the event. Brittany and Brandy expertly handled our group of 50+. It was a perfect environment and exactly the vibe we were going for.

We had dinner with our pup on the lovely patio. Very chill atmosphere eating under the trees and umbrellas that ensure shade even on warm afternoons. Full bar and a nice beer list, good quality pub food with something for all tastes.

This place is such a cool old haunt for locals! I’ve never tried the food there, but I always end up connecting with some of the patrons and having a great time. Definitely worth checking out! It’s got a cozy bar type of feel with enough space to not feel cramped.

After a concert let out late this location was suggested to us by a different bar that had stopped serving food.
Service was nice and mood was fitting. The food was delicious especially given the fact we wandered in after 1am.
The bar is dark. When I was there it was mostly candlelight so it did take a moment for our eyes to adjust.

Was not expecting this to be such an amazing establishment, and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is a phenomenal blend of modern themes and historical elements, and the food was surprisingly good with very creative ideas. Not to mention the beautiful backyard, featuring potentially the largest gingko tree in America and the cutest cat in Church Hill, Patty. I will absolutely be back at some point.
