The latest local gem on the Lake for brunch. Katie does a great job otherwise and was eager to hit them up to see how their chicken and waffles compare to my other faves. They didn’t disappoint. Fabulously yummy. Her flapjacks were the best my wife has ever had… fluffy and light. I confess stealing a few bites and agree. They nailed some good batter … and the house-infused syrups too. Plus, the presentation is magazine worthy with every plate. Most importantly, the service is noteworthy.

The customer service is amazing! The food is always good. The owner makes you feel part of the family. He’s very attentive and funny. we first went there and ate at the bar section and it was so good we decided to come back for a birthday celebration. By far my favorite restaurant in town!

Excellent! Food is creative and delicious. We had the beet salad appetizer, steak fillet and Chilean sea bass, all of which I recommend (albeit the sea bass was slightly dry). Respectable wine list too. Outside is nondescript but has a nice feel inside and we love seeing the kitchen from our table. A good place for foodies and transplants from big cities used to nice restaurants. A great addition to Sammamish/Issaquah area.

LOVE Brunch and Dinner at Katie’s on the Lake. The Sunday Brunch is a perfect quiet getaway with Amazing food. Walked in as they opened and saw the great Thanksgiving decorations. Amazing pairing of family friendly and fine dining. The Denver and Benedict are Amazing!

Save yourself the torture. Terrible service and even worse food. The crab crostini was literally inedible. The seafood linguini was below average. The salmon was $32,over cooked and dry. Very disappointing experience over all. Will never go back and definitely not worth recommending.

If this place is anything like the last few restaurants these guys have owned STAY AWAY. They are dishonest people that should not be serving the public. They play by their own rules even if it means breaking the law. Don’t work for them and don’t support them. Ask any one of their previous employees and you’ll get a similar response.

Went to Katie’s for an anniversary dinner. One can get good food, good ambiance, good service or good value in many restaurants. Katie’s is that rare case in which all are found in the same restaurant.

Imaginative, we’ll presented, defined flavors. But the after-dinner americano was Luke warm. And when the kitchen shut down half the restaurant went dark.

I had the caesar salad with chicken and it was very tasty. The beer selection was good as well. I would go back for sure!
