Everytime I go they charge me a different price last week I went they charged me $17 Today I went they charged me $15 and the time before that $16 I asked the girl she said the prices charged but how so if today the price is back to $15 I order the same salad everytime

Rachel’s food is great, and the downtown Chippewa location is always on point. This location unfortunately pales in comparison.
Though the food is consistent, the atmosphere and service couldn’t be more different. Empty restaurant right at peak lunch time, only a couple of staff members working and a significant wait just to order despite the lack of people inside. I’d opt to go for a different location if you plan to eat inside or are in a hurry, but would hit up this Rachel’s with a takeout order anytime.

Best food, taste wise and health wise. I’m always happy for some reason when going to eat Rachel’s Mediterranean, but what separates Rachel’s Mediterranean from other delicious food spots… is that I always feel amazing AFTER I eat it, which is rare from me when eating dine-in or take out! God bless them and I am so thankful that they opened here in Buffalo and are thriving here in Buffalo and I spoke to an owner recently and they are so proud to be from Buffalo and having a homegrown restaurant that feeds all Buffalo!

I’m not sure why there seems to be a bunch of negative reviews because I really enjoyed the rice bowl with lamb gyro.
It’s a bit like Chipotle but with Greek style food.
The staff was professional and courteous, the food was tasty and healthier than most other takeout restaurants. I would definitely return if in the area again.

Very clean establishment with a lot of food selections. The staff were very friendly and made our food to perfection.

Ordered a rice bowl, and Greek fries. The rice bowl a was delicious, but the Greek fries were absolutely drowning in toppings. The few I picked off the top were really good, and left me wishing they were not completely submersed in a bowl of oil. I’m not sure if that’s what’s intended, but it made it not enjoyable.

I love the food from here and order here a lot. The past week I had a tiny piece of wood in my food. I did call and report it, I was told a manager would reach out and no one did. And yes I know they have the little brown things in the Rachel’s rice but this was a piece of wood that I could not chew and it scratched the top of my mouth. I ended up just throwing the rest of my bowl out

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had. I think there was a communication barrier causing a misunderstanding with what I wanted. When I tried to clarify and ask for the sauce on the side that I wanted, the lady tossed it at me and proceeded to say things under her breath. Unbelievable really.
