I am a St. Louis style pizza fundamentalist, so New York style pizza is not really my jive. However, my wife loves it and this is her favorite in town. Pizza is hot and greasy, just like you would expect with NY style. We got a salad this last time and it was way too big for two, be forewarned.
Service is solid and the venue is open and clean. Parking behind the joint is easier than trying to go out front.

On the plus side, it’s cheap. On the negative side, it’s not very good. The wait for a single slice of cheese pizza is too long and the pizza itself is too greasy. I’ve been to NYC a lot and this didn’t quite measure up to a typical dollar slice you’d find on just about any street there. If you come here, try a calzone instead.

By far the best New York style pizza in St. Louis! Slices are huge and extremely delicious. I actually went to the Webster Groves location twice today because I love it so much. Staff is very nice and they have an expansive menu; plenty of options. I highly recommend it. Great prices too!

Racanelli’s pizza is the best in St. Louis. Their ingredients are always fresh, and you can order it by the slice or a whole pizza pie. The ratio of toppings to sauce to crust is always perfect at Racanelli’s, so if you like locally-owned New York style pizza, this is the place for you.

I’m on a mission to try as many pizzas as I can try. This deluxe pizza was pretty good. I like New York style, the amount of toppings was perfect. Not overloaded but not too skeet. The sauce is kinda bland but I like a nice n spicy sauce.
The garlic knots are incredible though wow. That garlic butter they come with is dangerous. I could eat it by the pound.

I had a slice of tomato and basil pizza yesterday and it was soooooooo good! I had been craving New York style pizza. The customer service was great. They acknowledged me as soon as I walked through the door. I’m looking forward to going back.

I love their New York style pizza and great Calzones. Ambiance could use some work, but hey, it’s a pizza joint, so maybe I expect too much. Also, pricey for a pizza place, but personally, I think their pizza is a cut above the rest and worth it, so much so that I drive from U. City to Webster to pick it up.

The pizza was not at all my favorite. The New York style slices were recently priced at $2.50 but it lacked flavor. The toasted raviolis tasted like ones you buy from the store and microwaved them. The employees were above and beyond my expectations. Very friendly and courteous. The store is clean and located in a strip on webster groves with other stores to visit during your trip.
