Waited 20 minutes to get sat. People where just walking in with outside food and ski equipment eating and getting changed in the restaurant. Food took over 30 minutes. They really need to get more staff to take control of the situation. Reluctantly food was good.

The worst dining experiences in recent memory for myself and the 2 other people in my party. The server and the drinks were great. The food and overall experience was quite awful. Most of the food was bland and over cooked. No one in the party finished their food and i didnt even eat mine, the $28 dollar meal i ordered was on par with a middle cafeteria at best. To add insult to injury, we were only there because we were given a gift card. Called ahead about the gift card to make sure we were good, was told it was accepted and all set. After having a bad experience we were going to let it go as it was a gift card after all. Except they lied about the gift card and they didnt accept it so we paid for itall anyways. The manager took my meal off the ticket but couldn’t do anything else for us. The manager did however make the poor girl that told us the gift card was accepted, come over and apologize on their behalf which was wrong. 10/10 wont be coming back and highly recommend finding literally anywhere else to dine, what a joke.

Was very disappointed. Food was awful with the exception of the nachos. French onion soup was mushy and tasteless , black diamond chicken was flavorless and the green beans served tasted like propane. Not even edible. The chicken sandwich was dry with very old and seemingly spoiled tomato’s. The fries were good luckily. We called ahead to see if they would honor a gift card we had and they said yes. When the bill arrived and we paid they informed us they would not accept the gift card. Our waiter was incredibly pleasant and apologetic for the whole experience. We would not likely return to be honest. It is a shame because the view is beautiful and it seems like there is a lot of potential with this establishment. I’ve had finer dining experiences in a hospital cafeteria.

HIGHLY recommend! My teenagers & I come here frequently & the food is excellent. Pub food but upscale pub food, no soggy fries & dry burgers here. We love the nachos (if you like queso you’ll understand) & the salads & the burgers are amazing. Atmosphere is casual & nice, & the chef is as sweet as can be & shared some details on her family mac & cheese recipe. We really love this place!!

I have been here four times since the new management took over. The view is amazing, the service is great and the food is delicious, specifically the smash burgers! I’d highly recommend whether you are spending the day skiing or not!

Wonderful bar view of ski slopes and dining area. Very clean, attentive and pleasant. Music and lights creates an atmosphere to unwind, relax or propose. I recommend to visit and have an excellent meal well prepared. Coffee and banana foster was my dessert. I recommend. Staff was kind, sincere and authentic.. The music set the mood. A jet set experience at common family prices..no disappointments. Had dinner at the bar early June. Venue was just remodel sparing no expense for luxury. Take the elevator up to the second floor and enjoy.

If you want a great meal, you should look elsewhere. If you are good with it just being OK, then Drifters is great. I mean, they are consistently “ok” as I usually eat there at twice a week during ski season. Service is usually pretty good but the bar definitely doesn’t keep up well when it’s busy, especially on race nights.
