I visited your establishment last night and spent $45 on my order. The amount I paid isn’t the issue. The issue began immediately after I got home and looked at my food.
I ordered a rib tip dinner along with two beef polish boys. Instead of informing me or asking if a substitution was acceptable, the polish boys were placed on regular wheat bread without my knowledge or consent. This is a serious concern because I am allergic to wheat. Making substitutions without notifying a customer, especially when it involves common allergens, is extremely careless and possibly dangerous.
When I called today to address the issue, the employee I spoke with already knew exactly why I was calling and immediately stated that the restaurant had run out of hot dog buns. That confirms the staff was aware of the issue at the time of my order, yet no one bothered to inform me, offer a refund, or provide alternative options before taking my money.
I was then told that in order to receive a replacement, I would need to bring the food back. Unfortunately, I had already thrown it away since I could not eat it due to my allergy. Instead of taking responsibility, the only resolution offered was a couple of dollars off my next visit. Given the circumstances, this response felt dismissive and showed little concern for customer safety or satisfaction.
This entire experience reflects poor communication, lack of accountability, and disregard for customers especially those with food allergies. For the amount of money spent, I expected far better service and professionalism. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and will not be returning.

The ribs along with the wings are always a must have! The chicken tenders are the best around! And don’t cheat yourself by passing on greens and Mac n cheese!

The chicken was freshly cooked a little too hard for our liking the ribs were a little too chewy even though I would try their other dishes

Current Status: Best BBQ IN SUBURBS/9 OF 10 IMO.
So…Decided to give them a try again as it used to be my go to spot for ages back in the day. Yes. They fell off for a long time and the service was just horrible! The old man was talkative and his old self again. His Daughter throwing down on the BBQ and a couple of young guys making it happen! R-Ribs…Yup got it going on again. Best Ribs like the old days! Keep up the great work. Will be back soon.

Today I stopped at R Ribs. I think that the opening time changes. I had the polish girl and ribs today. The ribs are always good.

This has to be an exclusive club. Me and my daughter including and my Cat, has had diarrhea this whole weekend since purchasing this food. The food is not for Black people. It’s Bland, un-seasoned and should never be put in a high power neighborhood of African Americans. All sides are over priced with no life. The only thing that was good and appealing was the cornbread. I will never eat here again. Not to mention the lobby is closed off to customers, being asked to park to the side. God only knows what’s happening. To top it off I was charged 1 price, but once it hit my card it was much more.

I was pleasantly surprised. Euclid doesn’t have many impressive BBQ spots, so I tried this place out. The ribs had both good char and good taste. At first I thought the BBQ sauce was a bit too much like Open Pitt, but it grew on me after a few bites.

I was suggested to try the ribs there so Juneteenth they were open 1 of their 3days a week. There was no sauce on the fries as I asked and very little sauce on the ribs so I had to order buy extra sauce and was asked by the worker how do they taste as I tried a rib? They were not good to most people who don’t barbecue and know the difference in charcoal grill versus a commercial wood oven to bake ribs that many franchise bbq restaurants use to not burn any has less flavor,.I was very disappointed like at BB Kings on Beale Street in Memphis Because that’s not how to barbecue great ribs for real The packaging wasn’t professional and the restaurant looks bad I wouldn’t suggest that restaurant to anyone I know or myself again and very fortunate I didn’t get sick
