We were out black Friday shopping in Lamar and wanted to eat somewhere different. So we chose Quiznos. The staff was extremely rude. We had never been into a Quiznos before. We went to order and instead of welcoming us… It was What do you want? The guy adding the veggies had to be told to be nice. The tables needed to be wiped down. The floors were dirty. I can expect some of that was because of black Friday shoppers but for the staff to be ungodly rude is unacceptable. The prices are a little high for what we got. We won’t be going back because of the poor customer service.

Food is pretty good but they NEED to work on customer service. I understand you may be short staff or over work or just having a bad day but come on you don’t need to show that to your customers!!! If they can get their attitudes check I would definitely come in more often. But for attitude I got my own and don’t need someone else specially not when I’m paying for a service.
