I walked in and there were no other customers inside the lady behind the counter saw me and didn’t say a word to me. I walked up to the counter and said hi then she said what can I get you?
I ordered a turkey club and it tasted really nasty. It didn’t taste fresh just tasted like it was old. I ate a few parts of the sandwich so I could have something on my stomach and I threw the rest away.

I ordered ultimate turkey. It was 11.00.
The lady behind counter did greet me but sandwich has very little on it. Im average size person so yep, disappointed. Expect to pay 20 to eat here and not be hungry. Food is average tasted fresh not old. Honest review!
They told me you can ask for more veggies free but not if ordered online. If you dont you will be hungry.

Ordered an Italian and I’m not sure what’s in their vinaigrette, but realized I’m allergic to something in it a couple bites in. I tried calling the store to confirm I could get a refund on the sandwich and nobody answered. I also didn’t realize it was toasted since there was nothing to say it was toasted and the staff didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted, the sandwich was very sour and im not sure if it was the vinaigrette or not…

I did have 5 stars on this store until today happened. They didnt seem open on time- I asked her if she was open (lights were off, oven not on, supplies not out) and she assured me that she was. I shouldve been smarter because I was lied to. I even offered to come back another day because I was not able to wait while things warmed up, but she insisted she was open. Well she made my sandwich, slowly.. pulling out materials as she went. The meat didnt get hot, the sandwich didnt get toasted, came out cold with cheese barely melted. And Im pregnant!! So couldnt eat it safely. Just tell me the truth next time!! For my safety and my money. Not cool.

Quiznos is nostalgic for me so when I saw this I had to try. The food was great, the taste and freshness was very good. The issue I had was when asking for a simple modification to a sandwich, my son wanted a meatball sub and to add salami to it. I said I would pay for additional meat but I was told no because they don’t mix the meats. I don’t get the issue with trying to add something to a sandwich, I wasn’t looking for a free addition either. What made it more weird is that my mesquite chicken had bacon on it. Most of the sandwiches on the board had mixed meats. But I digressed and went about the rest of the transaction. Overall, good food, weird rules and ok service.
