Stopped in the afternoon of 7/15/25 after fueling fir a sandwich. Stood at the countered. Waited and waited. I went to the fuel counter asking if I could order a sandwich. She pointed to the counter at the opposite end. Again I waited.
A lady of small stature came out with pizza pans and began to make pizzas. I am still waiting. She never acknowledged me. My brown skin color must have made me invisible. I left. Will never stop at another Quiznos.

Well, I was very impressed . My wife, mother-in-law, and I got sandwiches this weekend and I forgot how amazing Quiznos sandwiches tasted. I was a teenager the last time I had Quiznos because they left Missoula. I was bummed. Then when Lolo Super Stop opened theirs I was ecstatic to finally eat there again.
I got the Lobster salad on toasted artisan cheese bread and it was stellar tasting! I got mine with lettuce, banana peppers, and red onions. Two thumbs way up! Oh, and the butter they put on the bread just gives it that nice kick!
Two thumbs up for the staff on how polite and professional they are!
I have to admit we lost all our Subways except one and I am thinking Quiznos will win out. Keep up the great work!

I mean it’s hard to find a Quiznos in Montana these days so when my daughter said there was one in Lolo I had to go. No meatball sandwich but the Italian was pretty good. It’s in a gas station with a mediocre eating area.

I used to work at a Quiznos, so I have a some experience with how it’s supposed to go. There was only one worker on the line, which was too bad, but it took quite a long while to build 2 flatbreads and a 4 inch. Worker did not know the menu. They were out of steak. The bread was stale. The place looked filthy and caked in dust. The employee was at least kind. But when I went to ring up my sandwiches, the worker did not communicate to the cashier that the two 4 inch flatbreads = the sandwich of the day. So the price should pretty much be halved. So the cashier pretended to believe me and charged me way more than she should have. It was frustrating and it’s sad to see a Quiznos left in this condition.

This place was great. I’m not from the area and it has been probably 15 years since I have had a Quiznos near me. So it was a great blast from the past. The service was great and we really enjoyed chatting with the staff as they were making our sandwich.

I live out of town but have stopped here twice in about six months. Both times I’ve had amazing, friendly customer service! The staff is just wonderful. My food has always been spot on , but really the staff makes a difference in a fast food places like this. Very happy with them.

Guy in Quiznos, bald head, tattoos all over him. Seemed friendly at first but keeps denying me service for no reason other than discrimination. Pretty sure he’s the owner as well. SMH.

This place open seldom as hours say. Workers unwilling to take phone orders..all around why doesn’t this station in LOLO get a franchise that will be an attractant. We stopped stopping.
***Today gave me a thought there are employees who are true assets… Mr. Dennis is a keeper… called….ordered…was greeted like he loves his job…and sandwich was ready and delicious…he made an effort to ensure everything was perfect… so changing my review as for today’s visit… thank you Mr. Dennis

Austin is a sandwich artist. Now I stop here almost every time through. He makes it like he’s eating it, and puts care into it. Amazing customer service.
