We stopped by today and got a sandwich to split and the staff was incredibly helpful. They made small talk while they made the sandwich and it was really just authentic and not over done. The sandwich looked and tasted great overall a huge win

Really disipointed with this location. I’ve spent a good amount of money here for lunches over these last 3 years and frankly this store should be a 5 star. Should be is the key to that sentance. But it isn’t anymore. This store went from a killer A team to the C or D squad over night it seems. I totaly understand and respect new staff and training, extremely important, but the level of mistakes is getting outa hand t this rate. They dont listen, have to repeat stuff over and over so my sandwitch isnt wrong right in front of me. Shoot, I’m still waiting for a voucher for a free sub cuz I was handed a completely wrong hot sub order after hearing my name called for my sandwich, over 2 weeks now amd still waiting. Only to get back to work that day and open it up to not my order. I no longer recommend this location if someone out there wants to continue to spend their money at Jersey Mike’s. Sad honestly, it’s sad when your favorite sub shop turns to crap like that.

I commented to I believe was the manager on a lap top on one of the tables about a month ago stating that where the ice comes out has black colored mold
He told me someone was going to be servicing it and left it at that

One specific employee keeps saying “next time say Mike’s way without onions or tomato”, as if I am doing something wrong when I order. He does it EVERY SINGLE TIME I am there, and I keep telling him that I will order my toppings the way that works for me, he doesn’t get it and is super rude.

Passing through the cities got me stopping by this sub shop chain. I have always enjoyed their sandwiches and once again I was satisfied with their deli fresh roast beef, Provolone, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, pickles and Mayo on wheat. Their bread has a nice crusty, textured feel and taste to it. Staff are proficient and efficient and subs are made in a reasonable amount of time. Couple tables outside got us enjoying the beautiful day and having are pup with us.

Saw a Veteran’s Day ad online for the Eagan Jersey Mike’s, for a free Regular sub. Apparently, that did not apply to this Eagan location, but for the one on Cliff Rd. They are owned by different people and I guess the Cliff Rd. owner is a bit more pro-veteran.
The guy at the register gave me a small discount to make up for the confusion. Would have been nice to save $10 though. Oh well. Now I know for next year…

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted. I had a special off the normal menu item to order (as amen on tic tok) order lol a #100. The guy that took our order knew exactly what it was. Got us right on together. It was soooo good and worth EVERY PENNY!!!

Great food but service was a little sloppy. It took two tries for them to make my sandwich and even when it was done they forgot a topping. Still it was tasty so I’ll probably go back sometime
