Brand New place recently opened. Friendly staff, hours are a little weird but just watch out. Love the food!! Nicole served us and was very nice to our big group. I got the Peppercorn Steak! So so good!!

Sad to see this placed closed until the 15th. I miss my weekly sub here on weds. They never opened when they said they would. I went here and they extended multiple weeks, I wonder if they’ll even re open. Was good food, just would have been nice if they updated their phone and website store hours before I waste my time multiple times now. I was starting to Becone a regular.

Terrible. Literally one worker. I ordered a French dip. It comes with au jus. She made the sandwich without telling me there was no au jus. Like that’s the whole point of the sandwich. This location should go out of business like all the others did. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time.

Went in the first week they were open. Ordered and paid for food. Noticed that I was charged more for each sandwich than the price listed on the menu board. Asked for a refund of the difference. Was rudely told that was impossible, that the prices on the menu board were “outdated,” and that the only reason they even turned the menu board back on was because “customers were crying and complaining about not seeing a menu.” Outdated prices after three days of being open?? I was told the two options were to just accept the higher price or cancel the whole order. I canceled the whole order.
Decided to give them another chance after a few months of being open. Menu board not turned on. A piece of paper that lists the different sandwiches is taped to the counter, but no prices. A sign taped next to the sandwich list says “prices may not be accurate…if small price discrepancies influence your decision to purchase, ask for a current price at the register. ” Kind of shady, but I was already there, so I asked for some prices. Was told “around $7 for a small sub, around $9 for a regular.” Ordered a regular size sub. $ 10.75. Asked how that was “around $9.” Was told “well, sandwiches with chicken or steak or meatballs or other meats are a little more expensive. ” What other kinds of subs are there?! Took forever to prepare, even though there was only one other customer there. As others have mentioned, the food prep is off in a back corner, so you can’t really see them making the sandwich, and they don’t interact with the customer to verify preferences. Will not be back.

Ordered a Honey Bacon Club and it was made incorrectly. I have ordered this from multiple other locations and it has NEVER been spicy. I couldn’t even finish the sandwich .

We were excited to try Quiznos in Swartz Creek after the company disappeared for so long. Unfortunately it was a complete disappointment all the way around.
Two meals was $30+. I ordered a sub that came with specific bread, and ordered a side of aus ju which was oddly an additional upcharge because it was advertised with it.
When we got our food, the worker was nice and offered to remake them because she swapped breads by accident. We said that would not be necessary as we did not want it to go to waste.
Then I was not given my side of aus ju… If you are going to be the only company that charges extra for the aus ju that goes with the sub its supposed to come with, then it should at least be provided. Otherwise charging people for food they dont get is a scam.
Once I unrolled the sub from the wrapper, i realized it was either not the right sub at all or a sauce was put on that was not shown and it was some type of rodeo sauce and the sub was drenched in it. So aus ju would never have gone with this sub because the bottom bun was already becoming soggy.
Steak subs that come with au jus typically dont have a sauce, let alone an overwhelming amount.
My fiancee’s sub had honey mustard and that too had an overwhelming amount. And unfortunately both went to waste despite we did not want that to happen but they were so gross that we couldnt bare it. Third and final attempt to get dinner here. I’ve driven out three separate times only to find the restaurant closed despite the posted hours saying it should be open. At this point, I’m done trying. Please update your hours so customers aren’t wasting their time and gas. At this point my family and I won’t be coming back.

My son and I drove 15 mins after his practice to grab dinner. We ordered a pizza next door and were going to grab our food beforehand. We walked in at 6:45 and we were not greeted but were simply told they just made the last sandwich of the night and that they would not be making anything else. If you go on their website, it states they are open until 9 which I then informed them and was met with a rude, “we know!” Doors were not locked when they were supposedly closed. We went to go get our pizza next door, and when driving back around saw that the open sign was still on and ALL employees were gone. So in a matter of 10mins or less, they closed which after all of my years in the food industry I find it really hard to believe things were closed down the right way that quickly.
I’m extremely disappointed as I have been so excited about this opening and have been there already twice when I live in the neighboring town. They were beyond rude and you could tell they have no care about the business and its success. So sad!!

Haven’t had Quiznos in forever,, I live in NJ but found one today while traveling in Swartz Creek, MI…Sooooooooo Happy, as delicious as I remember…I was assisted by Gabe!!! By far, Gabe is the nicest, friendliest and most knowledgeable person here.. I wasnt sure what to have and he LITERALLY went over the whole menu and had a few of his own suggestions. PLEASE, you have to go here and ask for Gabe!!!! Thanks
