Ordered online. Get a call saying they don’t have one of the items I ordered and asked if I would want to substitute something. Not a big deal I understand supply chain issues. But there was a price difference, was told I would be refunded the difference. Get there to pick up my food and I’m told they can’t refund the difference. and I had ordered two soups and there were cups in the bag that the soups go in. Check the food a few minutes later when I’m back home and find two cups of beef broth. So the soups aren’t here, then both the subs are wrong. I answer when I tried calling. Not worth the trip back to get it fixed if that’s the kind of service they provide.

Straight up nasty place. Make sure staff use gloves. Staff is all over the store and not taking orders. You might want to stop somewhere else, DQ nasty too. Just walk in and look at the place. Nasty feel when you walk in. The place is sticky feel all over. Definitely needs an overhaul here.
