I came in this morning around 9am (1/31/2026) for donuts and paid for a donut for someone I see walking around the neighborhood often. At the counter, the cashier working at this time was extremely rude to him and openly accused him of “always asking for free stuff,” called him a liar, and made comments about his personal life (including claims about his kids stealing money and that he spends his money on lottery tickets). This was said out loud in front of other customers.
Regardless of what she believes she knows about him, it is inappropriate to publicly shame a customer like that while ringing them up—especially in front of a line of people. It was uncomfortable to witness and it likely embarrassed him. I truly hope he doesn’t return to be treated that way again.
Food was great, but the service in that moment was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this with proper training/coaching so customers are treated with basic respect.
And for the record: I hope he wins the lottery.

We always try to get a fountain drink, and the machines are always down or if they just fix it, the drinks are always flat. It’s always surrounded with homeless people or people that sit around and hang out. Don’t even think about using the restrooms bc they are always nasty or have ones just hanging in there. It’s bad when I and several people I know have to drive pass this QT just to go to a different one to get what we need bc they dont take care of the store. I’ll take pics next time I go in but this QT has really let this location down.

I drive rideshare. I go to QuikTrip for gas about 5 times per week. I went into the restroom and the young man working there (about 1:45 am, Monday 10/21) pounded on the door like an emergency. I had to tell him to calm down. He replied “You got 5 minutes buddy. I got to clean it.” Made me want to go elsewhere for gas. I’ll try to avoid this one in the future.

Called to try to get a price check on a few items so I knew if I had enough so I wouldn’t have to waste more time and gas doing so so I called and a gentleman about 5 minutes ago acted like it was too hard of a job for him to handle while he was checking out customers to give me a check on a price told me to call another store, that he was “busy”. Had a similar experience when I went in physically to get a few things and had attitude and then tried to turn it around like he was the victim and made it try to seem like I was the one that was being incoherent. this is the lowest of the low class of Quick Trip gas stations I have ever encountered…

First of all the signage on the highway is very misleading. You have to drive a ways to find this location. When you do tamper your expectations, this place is dirty, employee seems like they’re an extra from the Walking Dead tv show, zero enthusiasm, and zero friendliness. Donuts tasted stale, and the bathroom was disgusting. It was only 8:15am, and the place was a mess.

Well QuickTrip employee in a red mustang smoking his tires in the parking lot. And driving real fast in out of the parking lot . Please fix this. Safety problem. He was wearing a quick trip shirt while doing this. Not a good look . I went in and the lady laugh when I said something about the employee. Note he did this twice. I wouldn’t said any thing but he left then came back. I got a 4yr old daughter with me
